Hired them just for labor help, I had the truck, just needed muscle and these guys were amazing. Showed up ready to work, super careful with my furniture, and got everything loaded faster than I thought possible. Nice people too, which makes a big difference when you?re stressed out on moving day. Would recommend pick and pack moving to everyone!

Moving my dad out of his home of 40 years was emotional for all of us, and the Pick and Pack team handled it with so much care. They were gentle with his belongings (and with him), didnt rush, and made him feel comfortable the whole time. It meant a lot. I couldn?t have found a worse moving company if that were my intention. I initially had such high hopes for my move. I remained in communication with my moving specialist up until a day or two before my move to add items to my inventory. This was for a full residential move. I was stunned when a pick up truck with a trailer attached arrived. I told the team it wasn?t going to big enough. Sir enough I was proved right. I convinced my moving specialist to send another truck. Despite this, several of my items were left behind. The company then tried to gaslight me by saying a family member told them to leave the items, which they did not do. All items that didn?t fit in the first truck were placed in a designate spot for the second team. Makes no sense to me why Id pack items, have them moved from one spot to another and then leave them. If the team had questions they should?ve asked me instead of blaming someone who was only to make sure they showed up. Completely unprofessional company

We do want to share some context for anyone reading this review. The truck was sized based on the inventory provided to us ahead of the move. When the on-site volume exceeded the estimate, our team arranged a second truck on the spot to make sure everything was taken care of. The customer was not present for most of the move. A family member was on site directing our crew, and at the end of the move, the truck was confirmed empty. Some items were left behind at the family members request. The claim regarding missing items was not raised until more than a month later, and this matter has been reviewed by the Better Business Bureau, which closed the case after examining all documentation. We are proud of the effort our team put in under challenging circumstances and are always happy to discuss any concerns directly."

Great experience. Henry and Alex are dedicated/motivated individuals — very efficient and careful with furniture.
Customer service was great (thanks Natalie). Quote was pretty accurate — can’t complain. Though I paid a bit more in the end, this company was still more affordable and reasonable than the two other companies that quoted me (another moving company quoted me 2x more than what Pick & Pack ended up charging me … crazy!)

I moved from Westchester NY to Houston TX. I can say that Pick And Pack Moving is amazing.The whole move takes only 4 days.I thought at least some of the kitchen stuff will be damaged but everything was fine. Beyond and above!!! Absolutely recommend to anyone for any kind of moving.
