Definitely would never hire this guy again. Originally hired him to do a deck, garage, driveway, fence. After paying him over 54,000.00 he had made up different contracts and it was very confusing. He is well known for taking ppl to court. FYI !!!! Left us with one way to get out of our house, I was trying to sell my mom's house in the process ( she died ). We did make adjustments... but everything has to benefit him....( smooth talker ).. he would be a great salesman. He brings his daughter to work with him and let's her sit in his van all day.. he talks on his phone so much throughout the day while he is supposed to be working.. Lake Shafer association took down his sign. BE AWARE !!!

"This person is 60 days past due on her payment owed, the contracts were very clear and she signed and agreed to all of them then breached and refused to pay when she ran out of money, she signed a 70k contract with only 30 available, i van provide screen shots and their contracted to anyone who has questions, i gave them every resonable opportunity to resolve this matter, i also am rarley on my phone except when needed and daughter loves coming to work with me when needed. This is simply a customer who cant afford the contracts they sign and will try anything to get out of it"
