They do an spectacular job. They do an excellent job.  We have had so many comments about how pretty the yard looks.  We had no grass in the yard at all and now it looks like carpet grass.

before they came my yard was covered in weeds but with their service, I was able to have a yard free of weeds. <br />

Started with Picture Perfect through an Angies List promotion and continued with a contractual service.  Everything has been smooth so far.  The lawn looked great at the end of last summer and winter treatments have continued.  Everything is on auto pilot & I rarely hear from them, some may like that, but I would prefer an update every now and then.  Would recommend their services. <br />

When I purchased this Big Deal in June, hoping for a quick result, Jason told me that he would be unable to do it for many weeks.  He came to look at the scope of the project and suggested that the transplanting and planting would best be done in the late fall.  That was fine with me.  I e-mailed him in mid-October to get started, and there was a delay until I emailed again.  He came out within a week for review the job, and said he could get it done before Thanksgiving, which is our primary holiday event.  I was sort of losing hope, but he and a crew of 5 or 6 showed up early on the morning before Thanksgiving and worked hard all day trimming, clearing the leaves from the ground and roof, transplanting one tree, planting another one plus three bushes, and clearing out a patch of bamboo and removing leaves, which had been accumulating for quite some time in an extensive bamboo stand along two sides of the front yard.  The tree planting required taking out a failing hawthorn tree and removing it.  By dark, they were still vacuuming up leaves, but when they left the place was pristine.  I intend to use Picture Perfect Landscape regularly.

It was OK. They came out and did what they were instructed to do. They just sprayed the lawn for weeds. He worked me into the schedule right away and my interactions with the provider was fine. I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal and they came out to do the work about the end of April.

Initially I got his lawn service special that he was offering, but I ended up using him for the tree removal and it was wonderful. It had irrigation pipes all under it. I have worked with a lot of landscapers and this guy is A-plus hands down. He is professional in every aspect. I have had a full detailed contract and his on-line billing and payment is A-plus. Everything is beyond professional at least with the experience I have had. I also used him through the summer for weekly lawn maintenance. Anyone looking for a landscaper should absolutely give Jake and Brooks a call, they will not be displeased.

I still have a lot of weeds and that is what I wanted to get rid of.  The man who came out was very nice, but I am not convinced on the effectiveness of the treatments. <br />

They do a great job and are very good about contacting you to let you know about service delays due to weather, etc.

I bought an "Angies List Deal" for $200 for 6 hours of work.  Because of the coupon the owner had a hard time keeping up with demand and we agreed that it would be okay to delay the work until after the busy season.  The owner is not very responsive and it at times it took several calls and emails to get a response.  In general I was happy with the work when it was finally finished but the edging where it met the side walk on either side was off by 6-8 inches.  I called to have it fixed and again have had a hard time contacting the owner and as of this writing, the problem still exists.  I think my job was too far away from his business and too small for it to be a priority job.

The actual work was fabulous and our landscaping looks wonderful. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and helpful at making decisions on landscaping that meets your individual needs (i.e low maintenance, budget, etc).  We used the Angie's list Big Deal and unfortunately that was where the issues were. Jason was overwhelmed with the response on top of his current clients plus having had some employee issues which we totally understood after he finally contacted us  and explained which was a long time (> 1 month) after our initial emails and attempts to contact, <br />   Jason was great to work with personally once we finally got into contact with him.  He was very honest and open with recommendations. His team was efficient and hard working.  They worked very quickly to complete the job and returned after a month for a touch up and to evaluate how we felt about the work. <br />   I would definitely recommend Jason again however he needs to ramp up his help whenever he offers deals or have help contacting people when there are issues. <br />

They came 2 times but not the 3rd time and I told him that and he promised me he would be here but the first time, he got me mixed up with someone else because the receipt that was left was not my name, it was somebody else’s. I called him to straighten it up and I was supposed to get that 3rd visit but I did not. I contacted him and he said he would come back out again but he never did. I’m not going to use him for now but he owe me another spray but at this point in the summer, I don’t what good it may do. They didn’t do what they said they were going to do. It was a pretty good price for 3 applications but it didn’t kill a certain type of grass. His application didn’t kill it but the other grass that I had, it did look pretty good.

The initial service was good with responsive consideration to my needs.  But the team was never very friendly or wanting to listen to the things I needed done with my property, instead wanting to rush through the job.  It became increasingly difficult to receive information on when they workers would be at my property and as I have to be home to let them in the back, often they would arrive without texting me, as previously set up, and they would only do the front lawn.  I prefer an individual lawn care provider and not a "team". <br />

We used an Angie's List deal for this company. We bought the deal back in May, but waited to use it. Jason was great to work with and was SO reliable. He was always there when he said he was going to be, and his guys were just as reliable. They were such hard workers. They worked for 3 long days on our front yard and it was incredible to see the before and after difference. We had so many neighbors stop by and compliment the work and get Jason's contact info. I also liked their online portal for payment and quoting. I also have some friends that use them for regular lawn maintenance and have had great experiences. We would definitely use their company again. <br />

The biggest problem was the time I had to wait to have the service done.  I purchased the Angie's List "deal" in April and the work was not completed until August.  He sent several email keep me informed of when the work would be done, but the work was never done in the timeframe he mentioned in his emails, so I had to call multiple times to know what was happening. <br /> There was lots of rain this summer, which I understand slowed down outside work and is not his fault. He also indicated that his company received many more responses to the Angie's "deal" than expected and they were overwhelmed with responded to those who purchased the "deal", but that is not my fault. <br /> Once the work was completed, it was acceptable, but I hesitate as to whether I would use him again. <br />

I was having problems with their service but after 2 months they fixed the problem. The owner of Picture Perfect came to our property to look at our front yard and our back yard but somehow the person who was actually doing the treatments went to the old address so there was some miscommunication between them basically. They said they came and did the treatment but they they didn't come and do anything to the yard so a couple times I had to keep calling them to come and do it and it took a month for them to show up and do the treatment. When they did the treatment the weeds and stuff went away but it was frustrating. They didn't do the job and they said that they did. I don't know if I will continue with them or not. They pretended that they came and did the job but my wife stayed home so if anyone came to treat the yard she would know but nobody showed up.

He told me he was really booked and wouldn't be able to get me in until late of July. I contacted him the other day and received some push back from him. It was very rude and unnecessary. I was so excited for this Big Deal and now I'm having it refunded. It's very disappointing. My lawn is completely overgrown over from waiting on this provider.

I used Picture Perfect Landscapes at my old address for lawn treatment, tree trimming, landscape, and maintenance over 2 1/2 years. I cant comment on comparable prices, as PPL was recommended by another company that couldn't provide the work needed. The owner of PPL (Jason) showed up and wrote up an artistic diagram of the work needed to be done, and an estimate that seemed fair. I chose PPL and stuck with them, I paid on time; all the time, and even in advance.  This is what I believed to be a good dedicated customer.....  <br /> I moved in December and I contacted Jason at the end of January. I advised I was ready to get something started, for landscape and lawn care. Jason arrived the next day, and  quoted me over the phone, and stated my landscape was out of control, and he would have to work something up and get back to me but he had been busy. <br /> -  At the beginning of April I called back and inquired, nothing had been done yet, but he would come by. Jason believed it was a misunderstanding and thought I was going to call him when I was ready. (Maybe he was right, but I'll let others judge what a business owner would do.) Jason came out discussed over an hours time of possibilities, and said he would have me done by the end of April or beginning of May <br /> - Mid April no diagram or estimate yet, but he would get to me.... <br /> - Beginning of May, nothing yet, apologies for being behind on work <br /> - May week 2 - nothing yet but I was his top priority <br /> -  May week 3 - No  return phone calls, or answered emails <br /> - May week 4-  I advised Jason this was going on the 5th month and I needed an estimate and diagram by the 1st week in June or I would leave a review on Angie's list and cancel all business with his company. <br /> June came and the deadline came, and a day later I got the estimate with apologies for being late. Before opening it I thought to myself "I know I gave him an option and he failed to respond, but he does good work." This was until I opened the estimate. It was $1,000 over what the rough estimate was, and had listed specific items, I advised I did NOT want in the landscape. Honestly why would you put a Crepe Myrtle tree in where I'm having you rip one out!!! I immediately thought this was <br /> a joke.   But I was wrong! This estimate was thrown together quickly and shows just how much a dedicated good paying customer is treated by PPL. Also no diagram was drawn. I was very disappointed and let down, I hope at the very least no one else has to deal with this lack of gratitude, and disrespect for customers. <br />   <br /> So as promised I have canceled all services with Picture Perfect Landscapes, and here is the review for Angie's List subscribers to base their own decisions on.
