Louis and his crew are professional and skilled. We hired them to install turf and pavers. We quickly realized we had found the right people to handle all of our landscaping needs. We added to the project with hardscape and plants. The crew removed trees, bushes and even transplanted some. Topped it off with fresh stones giving us a clean beautiful back yard. We will have Louis back very soon to beautify the front yard. Louis is easy to work with. His experience and knowledge made us very comfortable allowing him creative design. When he was done with our project our neighbor hired him. You won't be disappointed.

Very well! Couldn’t be happier! The owner showed up immediately to give a quote and started work the very next day. His crew worked tirelessly from early morning until sundown and finished the job in just 3 days. They did quality work and the final results were beautiful. Everything was accomplished within the original budget. At the end of the job, they cleaned up and moved everything back in place. When I asked for an adjustment to the irrigation system a few days after the job was completed, they showed up the same day and graciously made the adjustments. Their work ethic is the best. Highly recommend!

I feel bad writing this review because L&M are very nice; however my experience left me so upset that I can't let it go. Things started off great - they showed up as scheduled for a consultation and I chose them based off the great reviews on Angi, Matt's friendliness and responsiveness, and the reasonable price I was quoted. It turned out that the project was more complicated than they expected so they ended up charging me nearly $3000 over the quoted price. I understand sometimes projects go over budget but, as professionals, they should have known to a reasonable degree what the project would entail. When I explained this, they gave me a "deal" and only charged me $2000 over the quote and offered a discount on future work. Ok, fine. After the project was "finished" my husband and I found an extensive list of issues with the work (mostly very minor, except for some cement that was poured such that my gate would no longer open and close). They fixed all of these, I paid them and all was fine. Flash forward a couple of weeks and I'm about to order a gazebo for the paver slab they installed and instead of the 13X13 I requested it actually measures 12x10. Admittedly, I should have noticed this earlier but I was preoccupied with the extra $2k I had just paid for the job. When I messed M about this he replied the "the slab is 12x12". Huh?? When stated again, no it is 12X10 he never replied. So in short: project was misquoted and off by $3000 and the work was not done to specification. I would have rated 2 stars, but the paver work is beautiful and, had everything been done correctly, I certainly would have recommended L&M to others. My recommendation for anyone using this company is to have the quote and specs written down before they start.

Great! We had a positive experience with the installation of our hardscape and landscaping. We highly recommend Luis Mendoza and his crew. They were on time, hard working and flexible. Luis and his crew did an amazing job on our yard! They removed 43-year-old railroad ties and all of the decorative rock in the front and back yards. They built masonry planter boxes and steps in the backyard, and a masonry planter box in the front yard. They ran irrigation through the planter box in the backyard and installed outdoor lighting in both the front and back yards. I wanted a more modern look to go with the 1970’s architecture and Luis listened and made welcome suggestions. We’re beyond pleased with the results and give Luis and his crew our highest recommendation!

LM did a fine job for me. Luis and his team were punctual, hard working and their attention to detail and work ethic were top notch. They even had to work through the hottest temperatures of the year. They are still needed at my home to finish up the remaining portion of brick pavers which I decided on late into the job. We had some extra pavers and felt it would be really nice to tie the front entrance into the side and backyard look. All in all very pleased with them and love my new backyard and side yard. Would totally recommend them to anyone.

Luis and his crew did a wonderful job on my landscaping. Showed up on time and completed the job on time. He ordered and arranged delivery of all of the supplies. Luis does not charge a penny until the work is done to the customers satisfaction. Would definitely hire Luis and his crew again.

Great work. Luis knows irrigation and his plants. So he can design an irrigation system that works for your yard. I’m sure he has a lot of other skills.

The gentleman who completed the work were quick and professional. The finished product turned out really nice. They were able to schedule the work quickly once I located the pavers. Management could be more cognizant of surroundings when chastising workers, and do so privately or quietly. Communication could be fine tuned, but I would use them again if I need additional work.

Luis is very talented, timely, caring and the ultimate professional. He won’t leave the project until is is done perfectly. Customer satisfaction means everything to him. He is very trustworthy. He and his team exceeded our expectations.
