Great. One of few people to work on Bosch dishwasher. Knew What he was doing.

Replacement control boards are not available for my oven. Piedmont was able to replace my control board with a rebuilt one so that I did not have to replace my ovens. I was pleased with the outcome.

Glenn came out and diagnosed the issues based on what we said was happening and what we had observed. Gleen came up with a test to see if the dishwasher would not stop during the cycle. We tested it for a week and sure enough his idea of how the dishwasher was originally installed was in fact the problem. Whereas some other appliance service companies might have started replacing parts to diagnose the problem Glenn didn't do that but he really listened to the customer and examined the issue to find a solution. I was very impressed with his level of customer service, his honesty, and his many years of experience. I would recommend him for any appliance service work.

Within in a couple of days, he had the parts in hand. We scheduled the job and he promptly arrived and got the panel replaced in short order. I was very happy with the overall process and would definitely call him again for future work.

I have a 3-1/2 year old Bosch dishwasher that I've had no problems with until Christmas day.  The dishwasher was full and I went to turn it on.  The on/off button broke and fell into the door.  Although the dishwasher still worked, the button needed to be replaced.  I have had a service contract with Service Protection Advantage, but their responsiveness to the problem was totally unacceptable, so I looked elsewhere for service.  Although I contacted Gantt Appliance repair, I found out that they did not work on Bosch dishwashers, but they did refer me to Piedmont Appliance (which I thought was extremely nice).  I contacted Piedmont Appliance and Glenn contacted me that evening to schedule a time.  He arrived Thursday afternoon, as scheduled, confirmed that I had the correct part, and did the replacement for me.  He was extremely nice, professional and helpful.  I am happy to find someone that I can trust to provide service for my Bosch when needed.  He did a great job! <br />

I called Glen to come look at both my fridge and gas cooktop. It did take a couple of weeks to schedule an appointment (made more difficult by the Thanksgiving holiday). He diagnosed the refrigerator as having a bad bin sensor electronic board and the ignition switch on the cooktop. He walked me through why it might not be worthwhile to fix the cooktop given some of the complexities of the fix for that particular model and some defects in the design of product, but he still provided a quote to perform the repair. I chose not to go ahead with it based on his advice. I found him to be very professional, knowledgable, and honest, which is all you can ask for from a repair technician. I would use Piedmont again for appliance repair needs. <br />

Went very well.  I have used Glenn with Piedmont Appliance on several occasions.  Glenn is very knowledgeable and good at quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue.  Glenn also addressed a small leak in the dishwasher pan.  He is very honest and fair and will use him again as needed. <br />

It went well.  Hardest part was getting the refrigerator out of the cabinet. <br />

Excellent experience! Thank you- <br /> After playing telephone tag we finally connected. Totally my fault, He never gave up trying to reach me. Which is awesome! We finally found a date that would work (within just a few days of my initial call) and he called me to confirm when he was coming. He got here right on time. Went straight into the kitchen and right to work, after a little while he found the problem, a piece of the plastic from the broken wheel assembly along with a few other wacky items managed to get in the disposal drain. Once he cleared that all out and put it all back together it was good as new. I can't thank him enough, I was set to go out an buy a new dishwasher and our is only a few years old. <br />

I really appreciate the fact that Glenn gave me all the facts. He checked on prices for the board and called me before just assuming I would repair or replace the dishwasher. He was prompt and scheduled with me and quickly made the repair. <br />
