Well, the blinds were installed. I had over 20 windows in the entire house so it wasn't cheap, but still good value. Teresa was on time and very nice to work with. However, they were several days later than scheduled. Then, when the guys got here they didn't speak English, so my roommate (I was out of town) couldn't communicate with them. When I got back, there were piles of nails on the floor, which I later learned was because the top board for the blinds was only screwed in the center, the sides were not, so they wobble and are not fastened properly. Tags still on all the blinds. It was a lazy job. I never received a follow-up call to check to see if I was happy with the service or anything. I even paid $1 over to round up the check lol. I paid in full prior to the work, which was a mistake on my part. Overall okay. Just make sure to be on site when it gets installed and make sure you can communicate with them.

This was a blind cord repair. They came as promised but made a big deal about what an unusual vertical blind it was (it wasn't, it was a regular vertical blind but it had sheer fabric attached to the slats which had nothing to do with the hardware). Had the whole thing down before telling me the price, mentioned as she walked out the door that it was such a big deal it would have to be sent to a factory to repair (lie) and said it would take a week to 10 days. Had they brought a cord with them it could have been done in 10 minutes in the living room. Utter nonsense. It was a straightforward cord restring. But apparently, by making a really big commotion about it she could charge $175. Our last cord repair with a lovely man who is no longer in business cost $35. It was a smaller job but not that much smaller. When it was put back up, the metal cord which was not broken wasn't put in properly. I did not call to have them fix it. I don't want them back in the house.

The representative of this company and the young man who came to install the blinds that I ordered were a delight to work with. The promptness of delivery of the order was impressive. The quality of the product that they brought and installed is horrible. The slats sag and the lock doesn't work at all.
