Hired these people in 2018 and they were good for first few months. Communication simply awful if not just wrong. Constantly calling to follow up on services they are supposed to provide. Always an excuse and updates that are not met or followed up on. Do not sign up for their services. Angie’s list sight says that Brock Almond is owner which they now deny. Last year they argued with me that Aeration was done when it wasn’t. Finally admitted that worker lied after several weeks. First year they said we didn’t need to mark sprinklers because they had a tool to find them. Not true. Think they have just contracted out so much work that they can’t manage their business.

I purchased a package for lawn maintenance in the spring. They did a great job until it came time for them to complete the mulch installation. I ordered the mulch and then they have not come to complete the install- it has been over a month! I have been calling and emailing and have not received a response in over a week. So disappointed- especially since up until this point their service ha been really great. Unfortunately, I have been cited by my HOA since the mulch has been sitting out for so long! I am also owed a aeration that has not been completed.

Job went very well. Very pleased with the work and installation of plants and stepping path. The landscape crew worked hard and consistently. They were polite and answered my questions. Very pleased with the results.

We signed on for both the treatment package and lawn maintenance, they have been inconsistent in their service, we have to constantly follow up to see if they will come out. At the moment we are cancelling their service, our yard has not been cut in two weeks and the weeks are spread all over. When we email or call they ask us to call back and when we call nobody picks up.

We don't feel this review is fair because you aren't relaying accurate information. You are expecting additional services that aren't covered in your contract. As previously discussed with you, we haven't serviced your lawn in 2 weeks because your wife's request. We are happy to provide additional services upon your request, but they would come with additional costs as outlined in your contract. We pride ourselves on our A rating in punctuality & have responded to every email we've received. We're sorry we missed your phone call while on the other line, but it's hard for us to return your call when you don't leave a message. We're disappointed to loose your business, but wish you the best of luck moving forward."

Amazing service- super nice team. Grass and flower beds look great. Also great that they can do all kinds of different services for the lawn. I would highly recommend.

Extremely well. I think that normally if they were going to recommend additional treatments above the listed price it should have been disclosed. The point was that if I did not get the additional treatment, due to the late season special, the seeds would not take given the temperatures. I gladly paid up, but it tasted like a bit of bate and switch.

It went very well. On top of the hours of heavy work shaping an acre of hedges, they offered further advice on timing for hard trimming of large bushes, killed a nest of yellow jackets, and offered advice on landscaping for bushes that could be removed in the future. Excellent work!

They did a good job with pruning the shrubs and bushes. They did not bring an edger and had to use ours, but they used a shovel to remove weeds between the sidewalk.

We contracted Carolina Under Pressure to building 3 retaining walls in our front yard to add beauty to our landscaping . They are beautiful . They matched the stone in an older existing retaining wall . Carolina Under Pressure listened , we trusted their judgement , and they stand behind their work .

I've used Brock and his team several times in the past few years, and they always do a great job. I've gotten the aeration service and "curb appeal package," which is basically several hours of work to trim hedges, clean debris, and any other work that we request and can be done within the allotted hours. The team even picked up some loose logs that they saw, without my request to have it done. Will definitely use again.
