Concrete Foundation Raise
1 inch gap in the bedroom wall from the ceiling and the Gap is gone! They leveled the house with 10 piers(8 inside, 2 outside), 32 foot French drain, and 30 foot of tunneling done in 4 days! The crew worked very hard and communication was great! So please with the service and work and I would highly recommend them for your foundation repair needs!

I will start by saying they did the piers and it is good. I will add, the day they did our 8 piers, as they were finishing up it started down pouring rain. 2 days later i went out to look at the back pier locations and each hole was sunk in about 5 inches. I texted my contact "Chase" and he stated they would be back out to fix that. I then checked the sprinkler system as when they were doing the back piers they had cut the zone control line in half. Only 2 of my zones out of 7 work. So i texted Chase right after the first text about the holes and asked that when they come back out to relocate the line so as i can repair it. That was on Nov 12, 2022, 2 days after the pier job. Today is April 13, 2023 and i have yet to hear back from anyone and no one has come to my house.

We would have definitely come back out to help you fix this issue. There was just some commutation errors. I should have stayed in contact with you better I agree. But please give us a chance to make this right and give us a shout. I called you again just a few days ago to see what we needed to do to help out."

This company did not do a professional job! I’m extremely disappointed with the outcome of the job that was so called “completed” They quoted us $8,000 for a level up and replacement of joist, beam and we thought included piers. Well they showed up with about $500 worth of material and 4.5 hours later the contractor is wanting a $8,000 dollar check. WAIT WHAT!! I don’t think so. After I crawled under the house to look at the work or should I say lack of work done, I called for an explanation. Steve the owner was dismissive telling me he don’t have to talk to me because I was mad. Not good guys. You don’t want these guys!! We did get them back out to put some piers under the 4x4s but all in all, we got a $2,000 job for $8,000. I’ll never use them again.

"I want to be very clear we did not do work for [Member Name Removed] We had a contract with his son. We fulfilled the contract. The son called and we had our estimator go and look at the work. In the mean time the son canceled his check. We sent a crew out 1 day after our estimator went back out and 4 days after the crew was complete inititally. I had the son tell the crew what he wanted done. We did about 2k more work to the house that was not contracted. The son was happy as he wrote us another check."

Tommy Long called me within an hour after I submitted my online inquiry for service. He let me know when he would come to give me a free estimate and he came earlier than the time planned. Was very good to communicate about weather delays, etc. Work looks fantastic and we have a buyer for the house already. Thank you Affordable Foundation and Waterproofing, I appreciate you very much.

Initial meeting was good with measurable data to indicate problem area. Agreement was made on next appointment and price. Before the next appointment happened the agreed price went up. We then learned that the original tech was not coming and reassigned to someone else. Appointment made with new tech but no show and no phone call. Then we are passed to a third party who did show. But unfortunately there was no measurable data to show the repair was better just an eyeball hunch. Third party was very courteous but we paid for improvement. Live and learn.

It was a pleasant experience. Steve got a hell of a personality and a great group of employees listening to an old man like myself. I watched them work. They were very meticulous and are supposed to come back and finish up some minor details and trim. I was pleased with their performance.

This company did not show up when they where they were supposed to, did more damage to my home then it was to start with and charged money for things that did not get done. I am having to take them to court to try and recoup my money that has already been paid, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
