I hired PIKA to install unfaced insulation and a little bit of insulation framing in an unfinished basement. Very straightforward, fair price, great work. Written contract was professional, it laid out exactly what we discussed (what they would do), and the price I would pay upon completion. Can't ask for more than that.

After noticing that our gas and electricity bills had been growing at a ridiculous rate, we were able to get in touch with these guys. They recommended we air seal and blow new insulation into the attic. The difference was pretty night and day and our bill noticeably dropped! I would recommend these guys to anyone given their pricing and professionalism.

They have great customer service, really accommodating with my timeline. They came to work on a Sunday which a lot of companys wouldnt do so that was great. The quality was good, they explained everything before hand, they didnt add on any extra stuff that I didnt need and they didnt try to upcharge me.
