There was a mix-up with the schedule that delayed the job. But otherwise the gentleman did a great job on everything including cleanup. If I need more electrical work done, I will call them first.

The serviceman called first to ask if he could arrive early. I showed him the areas that needed service. He worked quickly and efficiently. This is the company I will definitely call whenever I need electrical help. <br />

Very professional! Was able to located the damage immediately & discovered a switch box was improperly wired. The ground wire was touching a hot wire, even though both had insulation, the ground wire over heated and melted through the insulation causing a short due to a lightning strike nearby. Check other switch boxes & found another one also not wired properly. This is the company to use! <br />

All went well. Electrician was friendly, professional and honest. Garbage disposal would not turn on. He could have sold me a new one, but instead told me the wiring came loose and would tighten it up. All done within 20 minutes. <br />

I'm very satisfied with Pike's Electric Inc. They were the ones who did the electrical work in the house when it was being built, so I called them when I needed repairs. They came on time and were very nice while they were here. He was very nice and patient with me. They got here on time. I'll be using them for a future project soon.

Both ARC fault breakers tripped at 5 PM on Friday. I called and they sent Scott at 9 AM Saturday morning to replace the breakers and install a wireless fan controller as well as a wall controller. He accomplished all this within one hour! VERY efficient. Scott was very nice as well.

Terry Burkholder installed the outlet in an extremely difficult location based on running the 14-2 wire through the attic crawl space which was very narrow due to the slope of the roof. Everything was done perfectly and neatly. I am a perfectionist and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work. On top of that, Terry was extremely nice, friendly and professional. He explained everything before beginning, even the risks of breaking and drilling into the concrete column. He siliconed everything to prevent moisture from getting into the box (outlet is outside on the outer wall of an outdoor kitchen/lanai). The price was very reasonable considering the difficult nature of the installation.

OUR NEW STOVE WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY CAME TO REPAIR IT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARRIVED ON TIME. THE SERVICE GUY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AS WELL.
