Phenomenal and excellent service. They were efficient, did what needed to be done, good communication and cleaned the carpets beautifully. I will use them again. They were not the least expensive alternative.

Fine, no problems.

Took longer than anticipated (but is was holiday season). Price was fair, work was excellent. Loved that there were no surprises - they did what they said they would do. Will hire them again without a doubt.

<p>This was a disappointing experience.</p> <p>Pineville Rug Gallery had some pretty good reviews on Angie's List, so I was confident in calling them to schedule them to pick up a much-loved Chinese oriental rug.  It had a few stains on it and needed some TLC.  I scheduled a pick-up for Jan. 14, between 1 - 2 pm.  When they had not arrived by 2:30 pm, I called and was told they had gone to another town.  Why they went there remains a mystery, but they showed up at my house quite late.  They gave me an invoice with a price and told me it would take about two weeks before I would have my rug back.</p> <p>Several days later, my daughter received a call from them, saying that there was no last name on the invoice and could they have it.  My name was clearly on my copy, so I don't know what that was about.</p> <p>After not hearing from them, I called on Jan. 28 and was told by the woman who answered that the repairs were taking longer than anticipated.  What repairs?  It was being washed, that's all.  It was dirty but in good shape. They clearly had invoices mixed up.   I was told I would have to be called back, which she did.  She told me that the weather had not been cooperating and they wanted to be sure the rug was completely dry before they returned it.  I said OK.</p> <p>After not hearing from them again, I called on Feb. 10 and was told, once again, that the repairs on my rug were taking longer and that they were working on it as we spoke.  Once again, I told the woman that the rug was NOT being repaired, only washed.  I was getting ready to flip out.  I had to be called back.  When they called, miraculously, the rug was ready to be delivered.  It was delivered on Feb. 11, but not before I received a phone call from them, asking me where I lived.  I had so little confidence in them, at this point, I was preparing myself for the delivery of the wrong rug.</p> <p>Thankfully, my rug was returned.  After examining it carefully, we saw that most of the stains were still there.  Granted, it was an older rug, but I expected more.  And, the rug was still damp, so why they needed to keep it for a month, to make sure it was completely dry, is beyond me.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

<p>Was upset with the overall experience with Pineville Rug Gallery and I won't use them again.</p> <p>I called Reza (spelling?) on October 27th, which was the day my pet got sick and used the bathroom on the rug. I was concerned that the feces would not come out because it was loose and very dark. I clean off what I could, but there was still four areas with feces remaining. He said that the urine stain may be an issue, but not the feces since it was fresh and it could be taken care of right away if I brought the rug on in. We agreed that I would bring it in right then (I left 5 minutes after we talked) before it dried so it could be taken care of asap.</p> <p>Here is what I was told upon arrival at the store after Reza looked at the rug:</p> <p>1. It will be no problem to get the feces stain out at all since it is still fresh. The urine stain will be less noticeable, but may not come all the way out. - I was fine with this response.</p> <p>2. We need one week to clean the rug - it took over four weeks. I finally said I need to pick the rug up the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving because company was coming in and our dining room was a mess waiting for the rug.</p> <p>3. He said we will call you next week with an update and then when it is ready - I never received any calls. I called fives times to receive updates. I was pretty upset with the response of the gentleman the first time I called who made it sound like it was my fault I did not know what was going on since it was my right to call anytime I wanted to check on the status. You all said you would call me; I called after the first week had passed without any update.</p> <p>Once I finally went to pick up the rug the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving, the gentleman there rolled the rug out to look at it together. The urine stain was much better, in fact, barely noticeable, which may be happy, but the feces stain was still very visible. In fact, there was still feces particles left on the rug. Obviously, I was upset with this seeing as it had been over four weeks and I was planning to get a nice clean rug back before our Thanksgiving company came. I believe the rug was not touched for a while after I dropped it off seeing has how the feces were dried in the rug, but that is just a guess. The gentleman said just leave it and we will clean it again (we need another week). When I said no, I have to have the rug today, he was very difficult to understand and told me to come back later that day when Reza would be in, but I already drove over half an hour and told him I could not wait due to other plans. He called Reza and Reza said I could bring it back and give them another try after Thanksgiving. I have not called them back and do not plan to use them again. I feel I wasted $100 (I only paid a deposit and refused to pay the rest upon pickup). </p> <p>Since then, I used the internet and found a way to clean the sisal rug, which actually removed the feces and majority of the stain for less than $5. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

I was delighted with the results! The rug looked as good as new! They removed the stains and the color was fabulous. <br />

They did a great job. He was very easy to work with and I appreciated the pickup and delivery options. He also gave us a pricing offer and he was knowledgeable about carpets. One of my carpets had some long-time stains. Although it didn't come out entirely, but it definitely improved and overall, the carpet looks better.

I was very satisfied with them. They have very friendly, and personable sales people. I really appreciated the good job that they did. The cleaning was $250 for a room sized oriental rug, the rug that I bought was $1465 and it was a smaller rug to go in the foyer. I was satisfied with the price, although I am not aware of prices of oriental rugs. We had a problem with a puppy, and an oriental rug is a lovely bathroom for a puppy, but they did a wonderful job. The owner was talking with me, and was kind enough to bring out a loom and show me how they make the rugs, and he told me the origins of the rugs and all.

The service cost about $250 or $300 and they did an excellent job. They gave me several different options and I chose to go with the one that would be hand-sewn on the back of the rug. It was quite a bit of money but it was the best for the rug to be shown in that way. They were honest and they did a good job. I have not had any issues since the service was provided but that was just one little thing that they did for me. I just thought that their price was a little high. I would use them again in the future if I would have the same thing that I need to be done but I would not use them for anything else.

They are good, they did what they promised, and they were on time. They were very good.

They were on-time and they came in the right time. They were polite, nice, and did a really fine job. They were very up-front about what they could do and what they couldn't do, which I appreciated very much.

They were great to work with. They brought out several rugs for us to look at in our home. They moved furniture so that we could see how each rug would look when down. The owner, Reza, advised us on the proper size for the room. He even reversed the pedestal legs on our dining room table when he saw that they were on backwards. When we chose the rug, he placed it in the room and installed the pad. It was a great experience!

Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the subject. They took great care of my carpet. I would definwetly bring any carpet to them, especially if was importatn!

It went well. The staff are very knowledgeable with the maintenance and cleaning of oriental rugs. It was a rather lengthy process, but that was expected because the rug is dried outside, so the weather has to cooperate.
