Brian sold me on applying some special Quartz on my Brand New Roush Mustang. Between 3 different trips to my house, not having the correct Products he tried to get the water spots of the Black paint and buff the glass. He never finished the job by leaving buffing residue in my door jams, scratching the **** out of my windshield and back glass. Brian did a full detail on my Ford truck 2 years ago and did an Great job on it, so that is why I hired him to do my Roush. I guess with him being busy with Angie's List, he keep putting me Off and never made it right with me. I gave him a Year to do so. I had to pay another detail company to fix all the flaws he put on my car and glass. I am the one that told him to start advertising with Angie's List to improve him business, since I am a contractor that does real well with it, only because I take care of my Customers.

Brian came a few minutes early, worked for an hour and a half and my car was glistening in the sunlight when he finished! The car looks as good as new!

After several attempts to agree on an appointment time, he came about an hour and half late. But once here, he got right to the job and did a very good job. Interior looks great.

Wow, it was really dirty with tons of dog hair and sand. The dog hair is short and white. None of the local companies are able to clean it the way it was done today. I completely recommend their service. Looks like new!

Ok, I had dog hair in my car that he was able to get most of it out. I only wish he spent a little more time on the back cargo area. Also, he did not clean my rubber mats.

It went well except that the employee arrived late. I had planned on having the outside detailed as well but all I had purchased was the deal for the interior. I would have paid extra for the outside but since the employee was late I didn't have the time. The interior cleaning was excellent.
