Pinnacle Master Renovations

We signed a contract in October to do a complete kitchen remodel and paid the first installment. They said they could start in November or beginning of December, but did not start until mid January 2026, when we had to pay our second installment. They said it would take six weeks for the project. The new wall was built, new window framed out and floor sanded and partially refinished by subcontractors. That is where everything stopped. The window itself was not ordered until week 8 and they kept promising the new stairrails will be installed soon (are stairs are now dangerous without railings for us, 2 elderly people.) We have not seen anybody from their company or even subcontractors in 6 weeks and aren't answering phone calls, emails, or text messages. They blame the cabinet maker but I no longer believe them. It has now been 17 weeks! I am ready to take legal action. Watch out for the wording in their contracts because it only protects them and not you!

Do not do business with this company!!! We signed a contract and put down a deposit in August for a project that was supposed to be completed last fall. They subsequently canceled our contract and have basically stolen our money. They currently have a lien filed against them. If you pay them any money, you could be liable for the amount of their lien.

Owner Tracy painted the vision of what our remodel could look like and we were so pleased with the results!!! Still love it a couple of years later.
