Hi I used Pinnacle Roofing for a leaking roof and skylight they were great and very responsive. I dealt with Jack, the owner, it was a two part job because they had to order a replacement skylight and install it after the new skylight came in. Jack came to review the scenario and educate me about the re-roofing process, sending a written bid promptly. The project was quickly underway, accommodating inclement weather and a deadline before the arrival of tenants. The Pinnacle crew was efficient and cooperative, friendly and respectful. In spite of rain, hail and wind, workmen finished the project on time, leaving the premises in order and spring blooms intact!

Job was basically done in 2 days. Cleanup was great. Thought extra cost for repairing dry rot was a bit high.

He brought samples of the materials he would be using where as the other companies we had come out did not do that and just sent us an estimate in the mail. The crew did an excellent job on the roof and the clean up. We are very pleased with the new roof and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. He also give a discount to seniors and veterans.

Brian arrived at 8:30 a.m. as he said he would. He assessed the problem and discussed options clearly. He replaced one pipejack (metal flashing around the vent pipe) and sealed two others. He left the area clean.
