Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
We have used Pinney a few times in the past. This time we needed the plumbing under the kitchen sink replaced. Everything was great, an outstanding experience. The women on the phone was very pleasant, got me the appointment I needed and found out exactly what we needed. The 2 men that came to our home came on time. They were both very professional and friendly. They worked fast and did a great job. I could not have asked for more. Pinney to the rescue again.

From the moment we connected on the phone throughout the service, Pinney was professional, clear, and friendly. Wendel (on the phone) helped me understand my options, and even checked the serial number of our failing water heater to see if it was still under warranty (even though we hadn't purchased the heater from Pinney). They were able to schedule the replacement within the same day that we called. Stephen did the work, and was professional, skilled, friendly. Overall a great experience with a competent and professional company.

Adrian was more than helpful on the phone and was willing to discuss my options and provide opinions. He educated me and helped me make a good decision that fit my needs. He then came in for the on-site visit to check out the job site and prepare a quote. <br /> The follow up with his office was perfect and a plumber was scheduled once I agreed to the price, with a small deposit. Klaus came on installation day and did a superb job. Granted we have great access to our basement, but the whole "out with the old and in with the new" was complete in just a couple hours. <br /> I received my final invoice a week or two later and the deal was done. <br />

Great! The plumber showed us how to repair it if the problem re-occurs. The owner came later for a heating estimate. Very helpful! Would use again? For sure!

He came out in a 15 inch snowstorm and totally revamped my frozen pipes as they were initially installed improperly.

Pinney has been my plumber for years. Their prices are a little higher than some but I think you get what you pay for - they are very professional and know their stuff. You only need to call them once and the problem is fixed. It is a pleasure working with them. <br />

They were called in by the company providing replacement services for our sink which was defective. There was no estimate. They disconnected the old one and installed the new one. I wasn't the prime contractor so I stayed out of the loop. We got a bill for the work directly from Phinney which I thought was high, but then plumbers tend to charge a lot for their work. <br />

..there is no long story... i told them my problem and they proceeded to repair it with no wasted motions...i have been using this company since 1986... many times i tell adrien my problem and he suggests things that i should do before i make an appointment.. quite a number of times i never had to call back except to say 'thank you'... <br />

I have used Pinney over the last five years for plumbing work on both my home and a rental property. They have always been able to schedule the work in a timely manner, and always show up when expected. I have never had a problem with the quality of job done. While I always gasp at the hourly rate charged, I don't feel it is out of line with the trade, and have never felt that the time spent was excessive for the job... In fact, I have been (pleasantly) surprised at how quickly they work. <br />

The pipes in one part of the house froze last winter. I was afraid they would continue to freeze throughout the winter, so instead of fixing them at the time, I waited until this summer. I called to make an appt. with Pinney and they were able to respond with service quickly. As bad luck would have it, the day they were scheduled to come the hot water heater decided to die. They were able to fix both quickly. Though they are not bargain prices, they are probably fair prices. A good plumbing outfit is worth its weight in gold.
