Steve was able to install my 3 in 1 Brother inkjet printer easily and eliminate a computer system virus using 3 specialized programs. Steve has served my account for over 10 years and I find him to be very knowledgble and professinal.

Steve Levy made an appointment to come to our house later that day. He arrived at the scheduled time and examined the computer. It needed to be taken to his shop for repair. The next day Steve called to let me know he had replaced the hard drive, reinstalled Windows 10 Professional, and the laptop was working normally. He brought the laptop back to our house later that day at a mutually convenient time. Steve was extremely helpful in providing advice about reinstalling software and so forth. The final price was a little lower than his original estimate. I will certainly contact Pinpoint Computer Services the next time I have a computer problem that I cannot solve myself.

Steve of Pinpoint Computer arrived and saw all the problems i was having with my computer. He did an excellent job in accessing the problems with the computer and when he was done, my computer worked like new, He is most knowledgeable and professional. Additionally the pricing was very reasonable,

Steve created a new user profile and that fixed my problem. Data was also transferred.

Good for me, not so good for the computer. The motherboard was DOA and it wasn't worth replacing, seeing as the computer was four years old. Mr. Levy recommended the purchase of a new computer and pointed me to a good store that sells them; he is not connected with that store.

I contact Steve Levy by phone. He promptly called me back. I explained to him I believe my hard drive was burnt out do to a power surge. He asked me to text him a photo of the back of my PC. Once he received the photo, he told me he believed he had a replacement power supply in stock. He came the next day to attempt to replace it. He came on time and was well prepared for the task. He got the job done quickly and my computer is now 100% functional. Steve Levy is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him for any computer related job.

They helped transfer data into the server and set everything up for the network. They had to come back one or twice to tweak the system after the initial installation. The price seemed reasonable. Steve is always on call and usually comes the same or next day when we call.
