The service received was impeccable! Mr. Smith called before arriving both times, came in with a smile and serviced my refrigerator as required. His first visit was an assessment of the situation. He ordered the appropriate parts, scheduled a return date, came as promised and did the job! I am extremely happy with the service received and will definitely use him again and will also refer him to family, and friends.

Michael Smith was outstanding. He arrived 30 mins before my service time. He took his time to look and diagnose my appliance and ordered my parts and came after hours to repair my stove top. He was very professional and punctual. Great guy call Michael Smith for any of your service needs

Michael Smith came to look at our refrigerator because it stopped working. He showed up, didn?t greet me or anything, spent 5 minutes and said our fridge needed to be vacuumed. He said to call him if it didn?t start working. We did. He never answered and then closed the ticket so we had yo go through the process of filing another claim! Assurrant hired him to fix the problem not us. He is rude, unprofessional, and has terrible customer service. Do not hire him!

MIchael Smith came out and looked at the machine. He was very rude. I did not call these people the customer service at Amana scheduled them. If you have to have them tell them not to send Michael Smith. He needs to be trained on customer service and how to respect your elders.
