The repairman showed up on time and was very professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them.

This is the third time I've used them. The first time they straightened out another plumber's mess, and then two other events that occurred. They're very punctual; when I called them on the weekend they were still able to send someone out on the same day. They're clean, they work fast and their rates are excellent.

Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out. They even waited while I called back another company to make sure they weren't overcharging me for the work and when I told them the other company would do it for 20 bucks less they price matched! Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time. Would definitely recommend these guys for you plumbing issues. We are going to use them again to install a main line clean out. <br />

Good experience with Pioneer office as they called and followed up until the day of service.  Gilbert, the plumber, arrived on time and provided enough details for me to hire Pioneer on the spot. Gilbert did mention there may be a possibility of extra parts needed but I had a budget to stick with and with labor plus a small part, Gilbert came in & around my budget.  Considering I was leaving out of town and needed this done, I didn't mind paying a little over my budget for convenience.  No messes or clean up needed. <br />

My drain backed up a week before Thanksgiving. They snaked it. On Thanksgiving night, it backed up exactly the same way. They Hydrojetted my house after the unsuccessful (charged for and not reimbursed) snaking. The worker went in from above the kitchen, though I asked him not to because of a standing water pipe, and flooded my laundry room. <br /> The worker, who was heavily tattooed, made it clear it was my problem to clean up. I was intimidated by him and the chain smoking supervisor and let them leave (what else could I do). I spent the weekend trying to get any of the water damage. I lost appliances and clothing. <br /> I called and asked for my money back. The receptionist said the owner wanted to come out with the same workman and inspect the property.  When I asked them not to bring that workman and explained why, they said they would bring who they wanted. <br /> When I pressed them again, explaining I had felt intimidated by the workman, they said, forget it, they wouldn't come or refund me.  They then accused me of lying. <br /> I wrote a review on Yelp. I had found them on Yelp with what I thought was a positive review list.  Yelp put my negative review in their "non-recommended" section. I don't know if this is why, but they are a paid Yelp advertiser and their "not-recommended review" section was chock full of similar (almost exact) negative reviews. I wish I had seen the actual reviews Yelp was hiding before I hired them. Shame on Yelp.  <br /> I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. Their office manager replied with an immature and overly-emotional letter accusing me of being messy (our drain clogged during Thanksgiving and we couldn't clean up). The BBB let us go back and forth but, when the company continued to make personal insults toward me, I gave up when the BBB told me it was obvious the company wouldn't refund me or take responsibility. My choice was to sue them or let it go.   <br /> I not only had a flood I had to clean up myself, I lost appliances and felt threatened by a heavily tattooed workman and his chain smoking supervisor. I, frankly, felt too intimidated by their workman to sue them.   <br /> If you look up the company on Yelp, go down past all their paid positive reviews to the section that says: Not recommended. Took two guys two hours. Price stayed the same, but certainly not a 4 hour job. Should take one guy 1 hour.

It went good. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They did an excellent job. They did more than they should have. They didn't get paid for the whole thing, it was for a friend of mine. They detected the problem and solved the problem at a great price.

The work that they did was actually okay but it was a kind of job which started off as one thing and then it got more expensive. It started from $125 to $7000. Each step of the way, it is like you are caught in the middle of a project so you can't cancel it. So it kind of got much bigger exponentially than I had envisioned and if I knew ahead of time that this was going to $7000, I could have got another estimate.
