<strong>WARNING!  Hiring this company was a NIGHTMARE!</strong> I believe the above positive comments are manufactured as my experience with Nate Fultz, owner of Pioneer Remodeling, is contrary to any of the above comments.  It took numerous calls to get him on-site to the job and numerous calls to get him back to finish up the work.  Fultz billed me for items on my punch list that were never completed and I have since had to hire other contractors to finish up the work and to redo items that he did finish.  Fultz provided only a summary bill showing labor and materials despite multiple tries to get a detail of the parts listed on the bill.  I have since learned that I was gauged and when I have called to get resolution Fultz refuses to return a call, email, voice mail or letter.  I plan to file a complaint with the contractors board so I believe his license will likely be short lived.  Hire at your own risk.

The job started on time and proceeded pretty much as planned. The weather delayed a few things but for the most part they worked around that pretty well. My only complaint was never knowing when they would show up. Some days it was 9am other days it would be 11am. Also sometimes they would work until 7 or 8pm, when I would have preferred they were gone so we could have enjoyed our dinner hour more. I'm sure Nate would have accommodated me if I had said something, but I guess I just thought it would be common sense. Nate is a knowledgeable and very likable guy and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Everything went very well. It was just as I expected. Nate can do just about anything you need. He has his own tools for every job. He began working in construction as a young boy with his grandfather. He is experienced in home remodels, concrete construction, paying, patios/decks, fences, plumbing, siding, drywall, painting, mowing, weed control, pruning, landscaping, and much more.
