Ryan was excellent from beginning to end. He was able to clearly communicate with me about the needs of my job over the phone to get the process started, which greatly simplified arrangements. Once he arrived, he completed the job quickly and professionally, answered all of my (many) questions, and was super friendly while he was in my home. Would definitely trust him again with future work. Also worth noting that he had deep knowledge of the more advanced hybrid heat pump water heater system I was installing- many others I called did not know what I was even talking about when I described the unit to them.

I recently had an issue with no hot water in my home. I went on Angie’s list looking for a reasonably and reliable plumber who could give me a free estimate coming into my home to diagnose the problem.I received a quick phone call from Ryan from Pipe Dreams Plumbing wanting to assist as quickly as possible. He showed up at my door within 15 minutes. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue fast.He explained everything clearly so we understood what needed to be done. He scheduled the service very quickly. Showed up on time, Removed our hot water heater and replaced with a brand new one. Completed the work efficiently , and my hot water is working perfectly again. He was very respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. It’s very rare to find someone who combines responsiveness, skills , and great customer service , but this plumber did. I’m very satisfied with the results and would absolutely recommend him

Ryan is exactly the type of person I was looking for. He was very honest regarding his analysis of what was wrong. It turns out it was a valve rather than the tank. So it was much less expensive especially since initially I thought the hot water heater may replacement. He was prompt and showed up within an hour. I didn’t know if it was an emergency, especially since I saw water at the base of the tank and we live on the second floor of a condominium complex. I felt he was very fair with his fees, and he gave me an upfront estimate prior to beginning. Finally, he said if it turns out to be the water heater tank instead and the heater needs to be replaced he would give me an adjustment relative to what I had already paid. His attitude and approach and instills trust and confidence. I highly recommend him.
