Wilfredo did an excellent job! Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. Fantastic diagnostics! Really impressed and likely saved us many future problems. Very pleased with service!

?? Buyer Beware ? Bait-and-Switch Pricing & Post-Payment Pressure Prepare for a nightmare experience. PipeWorks Services, Inc. quoted me one price to fully resolve a main sewer line issue and explicitly guaranteed that no additional money would be required. Once the job was underway, that guarantee disappeared. Midway through the work, they attempted to extract additional payment, contradicting their original written and verbal assurances. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and ?ready to help? until the deal was closed. The moment payment was expected?communication deteriorated. When I pushed back and insisted they honor the original scope and guarantee, I was met with pressure instead of solutions. Because they failed to complete the job as promised, I canceled a $16,000 payment until the problem is properly fixed?exactly as agreed. We recently worked with Frederick Akridge from PipeWorks for some major plumbing upgrades, and his meticulous work left us thoroughly impressed. He installed a pressure-regulating valve, multiple shut-off valves for the main water line and water softener, and even replaced the corroded safety valves for our washing machine. His attention to detail is unmatched. What truly set him apart was the care he took in explaining everything he did. He walked me through each valve, making sure I understood exactly how to control the water flow throughout our home. It's rare to find someone who’s not just skilled but also takes the time to educate their customers. If you're looking for a plumber who's detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in their work, I can't recommend Fredrick highly enough.

Not only are they knowledgable and professional, but for matters of sewer line 'issues', all the Pipe Works' techs we've had are THE BEST. Quick to the scene. Informative on the options. Understanding of the 'nature' of the problem too.
