Shane came over right on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave us 2 options with price. Had valve replaced in a very short time. Was very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. We will be calling Pippin Brothers next time we need plumbing service!!

It worked out fine we had to have a blower replaced but it was under warranty fortunately.

I rarely write reviews on companies, but since having had a relationship with this company for nearly 20 years, i thought I could give a honest review.  We are extremely disappointed with Pippin Bro.  We understand that the cost of everything is rising, but as has been stated in other reviews, their prices have gotten to be ridiculous and the service has degraded over the years.   <br /> Whenever we had a problem, we called on them and even used their service agreement plan for several years.  Whatever they told us we needed, we did it.  The problem we began to encounter came when one plumber would come and suggest something to fix the problem.  We would do that and then when we had problems again, the next plumber from the same company would come and suggest that we really didn't need what was done and suggest something different for another ridiculous price.  They have always been paid in full at the time of service. So, there was no "recouping" of any funds from the last job that was apparently "not needed".  It started  to be habitual that things that had been done "were not really needed" any longer after full payment.  For us, this began to feel like a bad game.   <br />  We came to a point of needing our sewer line replaced from our clean out to the house for the main bathroom.  We called on a different company to do it for us because Pippin wanted over 4000.00 for the job and the other company would do the same 25 foot job for 1100.  In the process of doing the work, we discovered that the last job that cost us nearly 2000.00 with Pippin was not done according to what we were told.    I would venture to say that it is not that the "quality" of work was bad.  But it was that we had been told to get things done that were not necessary and charged for it.   Did I forget to mention that the service manager had told us in 2012 that our line was fine from the house to the main after having run a camera through to see where the problem was .  But, just a few weeks afterward one of his plumbers told us that the entire house needed to be re plumed for 10,000.00??  yeah, see what I mean?? <br /> Anyway, We were told that   a pex water line replaced our old copper line from the main to the house with a hole having to be cut through our foundation and then the line run into the house.  Well, that was not the case.  The copper tubing was still there, attached to the pex line that fell short of actually going into the house by about 3 feet, and there was NOT in fact a hole drilled under our foundation although we were charged for all of this work that was not done.   When we discovered this, we called Pippin and asked for an explanation and was told by the secretary/dispatcher that she did not have the records....WHAT??.   <br /> Shortly after our call to them, we received a call back from the service manager. Meanwhile the other plumbers are standing aside, on hold until we could get this straightened out.    The service manager from Pippin tries to explain to me on the phone what work they had done in 2012.  When he finally got over to our house that day, it was a different story.  He said they did it that way because my air condenser unit was sitting right where they needed to dig and we did not want to pay the high cost at the time.  I distinctly remember that being said about the "sewer line" and not the water line.  But the still charged us for that extra 3 1/2 to 4 feet of pex line that did not exist and the hole under the foundation that did not exist either.  The other company who has successfully excavated this huge hole assures me that what they said they did was not in fact done and showed me the proof.  Pippin said they would come and fix the work the following week.  That was the 3rd week of Dec 2014.  We still have not heard from them.  We have fired them and cancelled our "service" agreement with them.   <br /> We are happy (so far) with the work that Andy's plumbing has done for a fraction of the cost.  My only complaint about them is that they are not very punctual and need to do a lot better in regard to that.   If they screw up, we will be writing about them too as "public service notice"..... <br /> In regard to Pippin Brothers; keep your money unless you have some to waste.   It was very disappointing that they had no more respect for such a long business relationship with us then what it turned out to be.  Nevertheless, they have competitors and we will gladly do business with one of them than to do business with Pippin ever again.  For us this shows serious integrity issues and we will gladly put our money else where. <br /> <br />

Their price was very reasonable. I liked that they were responsive. They listened to what we got here and actually dealt with the issue.

Courteous, quick and professional.  They arrive as scheduled, work efficiently to remove the old units, modified the wall areas and then installed the new unit. <br />

 We had a tough time getting these guys to do a good job...we felt as though we had to watch them throughout the job.  They didn't clean up after themselves, cut holes in our walls that later weren't needed, attempted to leave things half done and generally made US have to work to get them to perform the tasks WE had already paid for. We finally had to file complaints with the BBB and Angies List to get them to come back and finish up and even then, they didn't completely fix our problems.  But at that point, we had seen enough and decided to cut our losses. And now, after all we went through with them and all the money we spent, they still haven't contacted us to perform the free system services they included in the price. ( Supposedly you get 5 years of spring / fall maintenance on new  units .... not that you can prove that by us. )  <br /> Overall though, our system seems to work well and appears to be reliable but getting to this point was truly an exercise in how not to treat your customers. Buyer Beware. <br />

We have an annual service agreement with Pippin Brothers and have used and highly recommended their Heating/AC and Plumbing services for many, many years. They are amazingly responsive and punctual. I've never had any other service company who so closely met appointment times.  Pippin even calls to advise of of a time change if, rarely, they are delayed. And, I can't tell you how much we appreciate their quick response when our AC shuts down during the many 100 degree plus days of our Oklahoma summers. <br /> Following a botched heating/AC installation by another company that caused some severe water damage to our home, we called several other local companies to try to correct the problem. Even though they did not install the unit, Pippin Brothers worked with us and were the ones who finally  figured out how to stop the leaking. We were impressed with their persistence and their professionalism in solving the problem and have used them exclusively since that time. <br /> We also used Pippin for the plumbing portion of a bathroom rennovation and found them very knowledgeable and responsive to questions regarding purchase of new fixtures. After the new tile floor was completed Pippin came in to reinstall the toilet.  The plumber approached me and said that he thought that there was a problem with some of the tiles. When he put his tools down there was a hollow sound and he was concerned that there was a space under the tile that might cause the tile to break after he reset the toilet.  He added that he could not be certain but he thought that he should mention it.  I decided to play it safe and asked the tile guy to come back and check it.  At first he was miffed and told me that he didn't think that there was a problem, but when he came and started tapping around on the tiles he agreed with the  plumber and pulled up and reset four tiles where the toilet would sit.  The plumber's comments surely saved us from aggravation and additional costs down the road. <br /> All the Pippin personnel work quickly and cleanly and are willing to answer questions. Actually, COMMUNICATION is one of their best attributes.  The folks who man the phones are always courteous as they respond to our calls and keep us informed about the whereabouts of the service providers and the folks who come to do the work clearly explain what they find wrong and what they propose to do to correct the situation. Where possible they give us options! <br /> Pippin has a long record for dependability and we simply would not call anyone else in Lawton for heating/AC or plumbing work! <br /> <br />

The whole process from initial call to installation went smooth and problem free. Everything they said they would do they did. The system is running great and I could not be happier. <br />

Had to re-schedule once - work done well

This was one of the biggest rip offs that we have ever experienced and you can count on us sharing our experience with as many people that we know so that they do not fall into the same trap.  Pippin Brother's should be ashamed of their attitude and lack of professionalism when dealing with citizens and customers. <br />

After 8 years away from Lawton and  the loss of my husband,  I made the decision to sell the home my husband and I had built and move back  to my hometown of Lawton.  I purchased  this home the latter part of May, 2012 <em> </em>but not before a complete professional  inspection was done.  The night before moving in, my daughter came to do a few things in preparation for my moving in from out of town.  When she opened the garage door, she noticed a leak coming from the hot water tank.  She was concerned that it might leak into the house in which I had just had new carpet and new  flooring laid.  She began calling plumbing companies and after more than a few phone calls with no response,  Pippin Brothers answered their phone.  She explained what the problem was and was told that their after-hours charge would be $169 per hour.  She tried to explain that all that was needed was the water heater drained and the gas turned off.   She also told them that I was arriving the next morning with a semi-truck full of furniture and that there was new carpet and flooring throughout the house.  After explaining everything, my daughter made the decision to have Pippin Brothers come and do the work which they did.   When the job was done, the charge was approximately $350+/-.  (I can't remember the exact charge and don't want to misquote it.  Also in defense of my daughter, she never had to call a plumber because my husband always fixed everything.)    I feel the total charge was inordinately high for no more than their plumber had to do and that they had the advantage due to all my circumstances

We moved into a house, and the air went out shortly after moving in. So we called Pippin bros. well they came out and fixed it. Great then it got to be winter and the heat didn't work (heat pump) They came out and fixed that. Again great we were in business again. Well when it again hit airconditioner season we turned it on nothing, the same thing that happened before happened again, so we called and they came and fixed it once again at this time I asked them to look everything over and tell me if anything else was wrong causing the capacitor to burn out. The tech assured me everything was fine we eouldn't have probelms he did a full dignostic! So finally I was happy to have it fixed. WRONG! About a month later, just enough time for the parts warranty to be up oops same thing again. This time I demanded a senior technician come out and see if he could tell us what was wrong. All he told us was that the fan was running hot so that was prolly causing the problem ok, fine fix that too so we don't have this again. Fixed we were happy, until a week ago same exact problem and each time we were assured everything is ok we got it fixed this time. BULL, I've paid 130$ for a serivce fee each time and then another 100$ for a 15$ part, and still no air! NEVER use them unless you want to waste good money.

They were over prized compared to the other plumbers that I found out about. 

They performed a routine plumbing maitenance check on a Saturday morning so we didn't have to take off work. They listened patiently to all our questions and gave sound advice on how to remodle our bathroom. Very friendly.

They were really great.  They were expensive, but I wanted the more expensive unit.

They went above and beyond the scope...

I was satisfied with their service. I would use them again in the future.

It was great.  The plumber didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot; he was very pleasant. They came out the day after I called him. I would absolutely use them again.

They have a wonderful customer service! They are extremely customer oriented.
