Much better than going to the dealership. My husband and I have been in for oil changes and repair estimates. The pricing is fair and they are always straightforward and honest about what work needs to be done and when it needs to be done. They always finish in a timely manner and the free shuttle service is a major plus!

I've had the car back for and driven it for a couple of miles. So far, it appears that the air conditioner has been fixed. However, I dropped the car off Tuesday morning and told the man behind the counter that I would have a rental car until Thursday morning. I asked if he could have the car finished by Thursday morning. He said "yes". Thursday morning I returned my rental car. Then I called Pit Stop and asked if my car was finished. I was told that they had just started working on it and it would be done by the end of the day. At 4:30 I called Pit Stop to inquire about the status of the car. I was told that it would not be done that day. I asked them to call me when the car was finished. Friday morning (at approximately 10:30) I called Pit Stop; the car was finished. Each day, I called Pit Stop; they did not call me. I drive a lot for my job. Being without a car was a significant hardship for me. Being unable to plan my week was extremely difficult as well.

i dropped my van off late Mon. By Tues. afternoon they were able to diagnose and replace the bad fuel pump (which requires removing the entire fuel tank) and get me and my van back on the road. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and polite and made me feel confident that my van and wallet were in competent and honest hands. <br />

Disaster! The car was a 20 y/o Lexus LS400 that still ran great but it wouldn't start one day. It was taken to PitStop. They kept it a total of 10 days and charged me $2300. When I got the car back, I noticed a faint smell of gasoline but thought it was just residual from being in the shop. It also ran a little rough which had never happened before. 8 days after leaving the shop, it caught fire and the whole front end of the car burned off. Everything forward of the firewall. Fire department had to come. Total loss. I called PitStop about this and they said there must have been a mouse nest and some wires must have been chewed. Of course, with the front end burned off, there was no way to prove or disprove anything. PitStop offered no adjustment. I am convinced that PitStop incompetence destroyed my previously excellent, though old, car, and cost me a bundle in the process. From my standpoint, PitStop seems to be a criminal enterprise.

Price was comparable to dealership body shop however, they were much more friendly and had my car ready in less than three days where the dealer quoted me 7-10 days for completion of the same work! Outstanding, highly recommend! <br />

Went to the shop to have a flywheel and clutch changed out. Dealership wanted 3 times more because it's a dealership. They had it done within 24 hours and the work was flawless. They were the only shop that would work on my car since people were"afraid" since its a rotary. They took it head on and knew their stuff. Knew the tranny is the same as a mx5 and made me a repeat customer. Going back this week hopefully to get some more work done (shocks and springs) and possibly future paint job.

Several things about this expensive detail package - first there was no paying attention to details. I told them I did not want car deodorizer used (I have allergies) when I picked it up -the car stunk of car deodorizer (not much you can do after its been sprayed everywhere. The "detailing" of the body was so poorly done, I took it home and hand waxed it to get the swirls out of it from the buffer they used. I spent a whole afternoon undoing everything they had done! They did not clean and condition any of the weather stripping, the ledge by the rear window (this is a convertible) was filthy. I would not return, nor would I ever recommend this service.

They did a good job. They were on time and it only took them one hour and a half to send a technician. Everything went smoothly. I like the fact that they are AAA certified. Their office needs to be cleaned.

I have 2 cars: the BMW and a 2002 Toyota LandCruiser. I've been going to Pit Stop for about 3 years, for everything from <br /> a new windshield to body repair to new brakes, oil changes, having new tires mounted, and general maintenance. These guys are simply the best in the city. <br /> <br /> The first major bit of work I had done there was new brakes on my LandCruiser. After they looked at the brakes, they called me with OPTIONS, explained them, and carefully explained the cost. Another time, they called to tell me that I did NOT need a 4 wheel alignment, but that if I simply dropped the air pressure in my tires, my truck would ride a lot better. <br /> <br /> I cannot say enough about the professionalism and honesty of the staff at Pit Stop. I honestly would not trust anybody else to work on my cars.

They had the truck for quite awhile, but as it turns out they had my name and contact info mixed up with someone else's. Which is one reason why there was little to no communication between Pit Stop and myself. 3 days later the truck came down with the same symptoms, choked on no fuel. They hadn't checked out the fuel lines or gas tank. So I took it to another shop because I felt spending 2 grand on a vehicle that s*** the bed once it left the premises shows that maybe these aren't the guys I want working on my truck. Certainly very nice and personable gentlemen, but not for me.
