I do not recommend Pitts Landscaping and Tree Service for the Montgomery, Prattville, Wetumpka and Millbrook Alabama area. Daniel Pitts has not finished a job he started and was paid for. He then told me for 10 days that he would be there to finish the job the next morning. He didn't show to finish the job at all. I have wasted many hours waiting for him to show up. Now he is not answering my call and his voice mail box is full. I have texted him and he is continuing ignoring me all together. He talked me into paying him when the job was 85% complete. He left his trailer and said he would be back tomorrow morning to finish the job. He sent his crew to get the trailer 3 days later and they said they could finish the job. Many of the things he claims on his website [*** Link removed ***] are not correct. He claims #1 Tree Service and Tree Removal in Montgomery - There is nothing to support his claim. He claims he is licensed - I contacted the Alabama Department of Agriculture and they have no record or license on him. He claims he is BBB A+ rating - I contact Better Business Bureau and they have not record for him until I filed a complaint. He Claims he is Home Advisor Elite Service - I contacted Home Advisor and they have no record of him. He Claims he is a Certified Arborist with ISA - I reviewed their database for the US and they have no record of him. He claims 100% satisfaction guarentee - But yet he will not return calls or text messages, I'm not satisfied. On his Facebook page [*** Link removed ***] He claims he is licensed - he is not. He claims your satisfaction is our satisfaction - I'm not satisfied Do not use him he will take your money and not do what you paid him to do. The Nextdoor review has others who have had the same issue I have with him being paid but not finishing the job he was paid for. It was good. He's good. The communication was good. He was punctual and clean. He kept my yard trimmed.
