"We aren't sure if we write a whole long explanation of how this customer is and was and the stories she changed or just save our breath. We never met such a woman who thinks calling up yelling and demanding we show up a day we are going to have a snow storm and also not available because that is her only free day to fix her concerns. This is a week after her project is completed we might add. Her concerns being that she wants us to risk our employees lives in a snow storm for a little bleed through that occurred after paint fully dried. Which we talked to the absolute reasonable husband saying we can come out on Thursday and address and we're working with him to make a plan. We think what happened was wife didn't like that he was being understanding and wanted things when she wanted them no matter the cost or risk, well when she called she definitely let that be known by starting the conversation not talking like a human being but yelling and being rude. We are a business but that does not mean we will ever allow anyone to just talk to us anyway they want and how they want, we are humans after all and don't need to lay down to an unreasonable and irrate woman. So of course she didn't like that we called her out in her story changes, and that we walked her through everything multiple times and she gave the approval then acts like a week later she kept it all inside because she didn't feel comfortable telling the crew who was in her house, talked to her, who she said were great and even helped get her dog inside, that she felt uncomfortable to tell them hey there is some dust that was left from under your vacuum as you were packing up. Again we had a working plan with the husband and were willing to come see and address anything they needed. After all they still owed us money. We had to tell the husband because of how his wife is we were no longer going to be there without him present which he said he completely understood, which kinda screams volumes to us. Unfortunately we will be having to put a lien on their property because of this lady who is keeping our money and wants a free cleaning job because as she admits the previous painters left splatter and a mess everywhere which we have picture proof of as well. If you are a customer reading this, meet with me, talk to me, we are the most down to earth and personable people who will always go out of our way and fix anything for our clients, but treat us and your contractors like humans, we don't speak down to our employees, we don't allow bullying from customers, employees or each other. One life, so be kind."

"we have received zero calls from anyone. please call my personal cell 4846021433. we ran water through ever gutter and downspout after it was fully cleaned as we always do and watched water come out each one. I'm sorry giving you around 45 min notice wasnt enough we were trying to beat the rain and you were around the corner from our first job. I apologize for that. Again please call my cell we have recieved zero calls and would love to address any issues you may have."
