We had Planchon Roofing install a composite roof 12 years ago and it is still in great shape. We've had them come out two other times for small repairs when we removed the chimney and most recently when we needed a new roof vent for a new bathroom fan. Each time they come out the workers are respectful, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Dana goes out of her way to accommodate our needs as a return customer and get us scheduled. Truly refreshing to deal with a no-nonsense service provider that does excellent work with no hassle.

They removed the old roof completely, we were notified that we had some dry rot it was taken care of no problem. The job was finished in three days.

The initial inspection was scheduled quickly. The determination was that th roof didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated that they didn't take advantage of the situation to do more than was needed. The work was completed quickly and professionally with no mess. I would definitely use they again.

I called to request an estimate on two homes and they came out within a week and two days later they emailed the estimate to me. I was very pleased with the quote and scheduled the job. We set a date for the work to start and due to weather they actually started it a week early. It took them three days and at the end of each day the crew cleaned up the yard being very respectful of not just the family members but of the dogs also. The roofs look fantastic and I am recommending Planchon Roofing to all my friends and co-workers.

As far as I know everything went well.  It was quite a bit of dry rot that they repaired and they let me know what was going on and what they were doing.  I'd give them an "A" for overall service.  I thought the price was a little high since the last time I used them.  But everything has gone up since then, I did get another estimate and it was about the same price maybe a bit more.  They cleaned up after themselves and everything was in order after they finished.

Pros: 1) I'm extremely happy with their professionalism and their ability to address the issues required to fix my problem. 2) So far, the roof repair looks extremely well done. It addressed the immediate issue and also mitigated poor work performed by a previous roofer. It hasn't rained heavily since the repair was completed, so am not certain the repair is completely effective. Concerns: 1) Not a big concern, espcially since they schedule roof repairs around other complete roof jobs and because they were extremely busy, it was initially hard to get them out here to perform the work. But after talking to them a couple times, they fit the repair work in pretty quick. 2) They workers that did the work left roof debris in my yard, which I had to clean up. Not a lot of debris, but enough that it prompted me to write this.

We had Planchon come out to check on our roof after we experienced a pretty bad leak after the 2/8/15 rain.  We had some serious damage inside the house and wanted to make sure the roof was water tight.   <br /> They came out and did the work they outlined, I can't speak to the quality of the work as our roof is old and I did not go up there, though another roofer came out and said that the work looked good. <br /> Our issue with this company is their complete lack of responsiveness.  In order to get on their schedule, I had to call them 3 different times, each time, they reassured me that someone would call me back.  I got an answer on the 3rd try as to when they would come out and fix the roof. <br /> After that, we noticed that our roof was still leaking. We learned from yet another roofer that we would need to have a new roof put on the house. My husband called them 2 different times for someone to come out and give us an estimate.  3 weeks later and still no call back.  Needless to say, we found someone else to replace our roof. <br /> We would've totally been a repeat customer if they ever came out to estimate the job. It would appear that they're busy enough and not really interested in new business. <br />

The job went amazingly well, from the estimate process to the job completion. Before I signed the contract, I had a few questions, specific to the job. Doug, the owner came out the next day and we walked the roof together. He recommended some solutions to a few problems, specific to our roof. Our home has a rear section that was added some years after the home was built and the connecting section had   problems, specific to the area of  transition.Other estimators were  vague about how to deal with those problems but Doug was perceptive and specific about proposed solutions. He was "right on" and his crew followed those recommendations perfectly. <br /> The foreman on the job was terrific and the 6 man crew finished most of the re roof in one day...amazing workers. There was a substantial amount of dry rot that the crew discovered, once the old shingles were removed. Doug checked on progress throughout the job and his foreman did not cut corners when it came to replacing dry rotten or marginal sections of decking or fascia in bad condition. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris from the old roof. Planchon installed the 2 new skylights that they ordered for me. A few weeks later their gutter guys installed a brand new gutter system. Again, the crew was efficient and effective. I couldn't have asked for a better job at a very reasonable price. <br /> I recommend Planchon Roofing without reservation. <br />

Replaced the roof and gutters. Removed and replaced dry rot. It went very well. They finished the roof and dry rot in three days. Cleaned everything, no junk left over. It took them a week to come back and install the gutters. Said they were backed up because of the rainy season. Installed  the gutters in one day. Cleaned up very well.

They were very respectful, helpful, and the crew was very nice to work with. They cleaned up everyday and they were mindful of all of the landscaping as all of the plants stayed in tact during the work. They had a very responsive process and they really did an excellent job. They were very professional for the entire process.

I used Planchon roofing to do some repairs on my concrete roof . I was very impressed by their responsiveness . i called them on a Mon am and they had someone out that afternoon to inspect the roof and give me an estimate . They then completed the work within a week of me requesting it, and the work seemed to be done effciently and professionally . It was refreshing to have a contractor be so responsive and follow through on a request. Would definitely call them again or refer them to others. <br />

From the time I contacted Planchon, through the time my roof was complete, the people at Planchon Roofing were friendly, prompt and professional.  They always returned calls and emails right away (and I had contacted a few roofing companies -- some whom I never heard from).  Although their rates were not the lowest, they were still very reasonable and their professionalism helped me make my decision to choose Planchon.  Once I set an appointment with Mr. Planchon, Santiage arrived exactly on time for my consultation, with samples and color swatches.  My colors were chosen and I received a followup call to set my appointment.  The Planchon crew was willing to work with my schedule.  When the workers arrived, again they were prompt, polite and professional.  Throughout the job, Mr. Planchon always made followup calls to make sure everything was going well.  I really appreciate how hassle free and affordable everything was.  There was no additional stress added to my already busy life.  Oh yeah, and my roof is beautiful! <br />
