Platinum Carpentry was great to work with. The owner Dean is a very nice guy and easy to work with. The quality of his work is outstanding. We were out of town when the project was scheduled to start and Dean kept us updated on the progress and a few delays that were encountered due to weather, etc. We are very pleased with how the deck turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Dean and his crew again for future projects.

<p>The owner, Dean is professional, very detailed and has a welcoming personality that immediately puts you as ease. Very knowledgeable and offers options to fit your budget. We had additional cabinets installed in our kitchen, (for extra storage) they arrived promptly and worked quickly, took a few hours and left the kitchen spotless. Great problem solving skills, we had a refrigerator that was too big for the existing space and they moved and customized a few cabinets to allow for a proper fit, all without missing a beat on the original project.   </p> <p>We are pleased with the results and plan on calling them for additional projects that are on the list in the very near future</p> <br />

My parents just had a remodel done by Platinum Carpentry. These are their comments: <br /> Our project just recently finished. It was done on time, at <br /> budget and without a single problem. Every crew Dean had come here worked hard <br /> and quickly. We had demolition, carpentry, plumbers, electricians, drywall, <br /> plasterers, HVAC, hardwood floor finishers, cabinet installers and painters <br /> (kitchen, dining room & bath remodel) and they all did an excellent job. Dean <br /> is very organized and was cooperative with all of our pesky changes during the <br /> project. You will do no better than dealing with Platinum Carpentry. And you <br /> will love the end results.

It was five stars. He was great. Everything he did was fine. I was happy with everything. Even his subcontractors are really good. We did some plumbing and electrical work and the guys that worked for him were great. I called them back, too, to do a lot bit of work for me. It was a good deal. I got everything that I needed from Platinum Carpentry. His I liked his personality and his price was good. He was easy to work with. He's just very pleasant. He was really on time with everything. Everything he said he was going to do, he did, when he said he was going to do it.

The estimates were provided within a week of evaluation and the work began within a month of our agreement to proceed.  All the workers were professional and courteous throughout the project.  They offered valid suggestions for the options available to us.  They had to deal with our dog but they were kind and patient with him. <br /> <br /> The floors are beautifully finished and look as though they have been in the house when it was built.
