Platinum General Engineering and Construction

We recently purchased a home that did not pass the sewer lateral inspection and we needed to have it replaced. I made several calls to multiple companies to get quotes for this repair. The quotes were kind of all over the place with Platinum General being somewhere in the middle price wise. My point of contact with the company was John Ramirez. And he is the main reason I chose to work with them. The price was good, the work was done 3 days ahead of the original estimate, but John was very helpful every step of the way. He stopped by several times to take care of his team, and to make sure everything was going according to plan, answered all of our questions and communicated in a quick and concise way. They handled all the necessary permits and follow up inspections with the city, their team was polite, clean and quick. All the repair work that was done to the concrete at our house and on the street was great. I can only speak to the job they did, but for anyone looking for help with a sewer lateral, I highly recommend Platinum General! And John, thank you for everything! You'll be our fist call when we need help with something else!
