PRIVATE SEWER LATERAL (PSL CERTIFICATE INCLUDED) Partial or full replacement of private sewer lateral from house to city main. SEPTIC TANK ABANDONMENT OR REMOVAL Following Environmental Health and safely codes, and a full range of asphalt restoration services. CONCRETE Sidewalks, and a full range of concrete restoration services. UNDERGROUND UTILITIES We provide a full range of installation and repair services of underground water lines, and detailed reports., and storm drain systems. PROJECT MANAGMENT We provide a full suite of project management from pre-construction review, audits, budgeting, curb and gutter, driveways, field survey inspections, fire service lines, implementation, parking areas, plan reviews, retaining walls, scheduling, septic tank(s) are abandoned in place or completely removed. Proper disposal and backfill included. GRADING & PAVING Grading and paving of driveways, sewer lines, to final project completion. We recently purchased a home that did not pass the sewer lateral inspection and we needed to have it replaced. I made several calls to multiple companies to get quotes for this repair. The quotes were kind of all over the place with Platinum General being somewhere in the middle price wise. My point of contact with the company was John Ramirez. And he is the main reason I chose to work with them. The price was good, the work was done 3 days ahead of the original estimate, but John was very helpful every step of the way. He stopped by several times to take care of his team, and to make sure everything was going according to plan, answered all of our questions and communicated in a quick and concise way. They handled all the necessary permits and follow up inspections with the city, their team was polite, clean and quick. All the repair work that was done to the concrete at our house and on the street was great. I can only speak to the job they did, but for anyone looking for help with a sewer lateral, I highly recommend Platinum General! And John, thank you for everything! You'll be our fist call when we need help with something else!

Excellent. Flawless. Finished the project on time . Very pleasant to work with. Efficient crew . Program manager handled all the permits and logistics of of construction in a very difficult area on the Berkeley Hills. We have had many repair and new construction projects done on my two houses in the Berkeley hills. This project was handled more professionally than any other in the past. Thank you.
