Installation was not done properly the first time as no hot water was coming. When told about it, he tried to defend himself, indirectly blaming it on me as if I did not disclose the problem before. After checking the boiler, he then once again checked and refixed the connection. Also addressing the customer by her first name without her permission is not acceptable to us. We will not hire him again.

Excellent. They are very professional down to earth, honest company, they explain things upfront with full details, and gave me an option, but not reducing the quality. I recommended them to my friends and my friends already happy with them also.

Prompt, courteous, congenial, respect of client property PLUS clear & timely communications are the type of service qualities we received from Joel & team in a recent hot water heater replacement at our home. They also improved the stability of the raised base, improved the drainage line, and assured our gas lines were compliant with current codes and that all instructions & safety warnings were clearly visible.
