We used this company to do some renovation on our home. Their work was fantastic, and we felt comfortable working with them throughout the monthlong renovation. The team was quick to correct anything we were unhappy with. We stayed in close contact and checked in with them every day. They completely understood what we were going for with the house, and they were great in helping guide us through the process.

What an amazing couple of workers! They were an absolute joy to have in my home. They were honest, diligent, respectful and very hard working. They did a fabulous job, left no mess and I felt I had known and trusted them for years. Our kitchen looks amazing. Finely a kitchen we feel fun and good to cook. Platinum Home Remodeling finished our basement and did a fantastic job. The finished basement included a playhouse underneath the stairs, shower, and bathroom. Everything looked great and I can't say enough good things about the owner and the entire team. They all did a great job finishing our basement and has a real talent for wood working. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled from scratch. And they’re beautiful! We had three other contractors bid on the job that couldn’t meet our budget. We hired Tony to remodel our upstairs bathroom and install a walk in shower. Our home is over 70 years old and in the process problems arose with our kitchen ceiling, which was below this bathroom. Weak supports the floor were discovered and some of the bathroom drains needed to be rerouted. It ended up that our upstairs floor needed reinforced, the kitchen ceiling was lowered over the cabinets to accommodate the dropped pipes, and new drywall and painting was completed. Our bathroom was also finished with a new laminate floor,new fixtures, and a beautifully tiled shower. We were very happy with the work. Even though there were several unexpected problems, the job was well done in the end.

They were outstanding throughout the entire process. Got us the most affordable quote when we were getting super high ones from other companies. Responded to all our questions promptly. The team was awesome and easy to work with! Highly recommend these guys .

I cannot recommend enough! Our project included a kitchen remodel, new flooring, and recessed lighting throughout the home. The final result exceeded our expectations and has made our newly purchased home more functional, as well as more comfortable. The project was completed in lightning speed (~40% faster than original quote, which was reasonable to begin with), but certainly without compromising on quality. Everything turned out beautiful.

The process was great. We had a pipe burst in our home while we were away for vacation. We called Platinum and the owner and team came right away to help with clean up and demolition for a full kitchen remodel. They were on time always, professional, and very clean. I would recommend them again.

Platinum Home Remodeling team was impressive. From the moment we met their team , they did everything perfectly and even suggested different remodeling ideas that were far better than our plan. I would highly recommend them for remodeling work!

I exhausted every available means of communicating with this company. This was for a simple door repair. I first emailed them on Sunday evening. I then messaged them Monday morning, waited a few hours for a response, then called the main contact phone number. A man informally picked up and agreed to show up to perform the repair between 10-11 am on Tuesday. It is now Tuesday morning, approximately 11:12 am, and no-call, no-show. Unacceptable. I don?t see why this wouldn?t merit only 1 star.

It was a great experience. Sharon and her team arrived on time every day and with a great attitude. The kitchen and bathroom were done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the quality.
