Everything about our experience was excellent.  Pricing was very reasonable, well explained, and Jason even gave us great advice on choosing colors and on what exterior boards needed replacing, etc.  The team was incredibly polite, punctual, and did a great job with clean up.  I 100% recommend them and plan to hire again when we're ready for a refresh.

Very well.  They were extremely professional and amazingly hard workers.  The owner came by at least once per day to talk to me and to check on the project.  We did have trouble with the mixing of our paint, but they worked closely with the paint store to achieve the exact color needed.  Jason is very friendly and down to earth and keeps a very close eye on the quality and progress of the job.

Jason answered our call upon the first attempt.  This was a stark contrast to the other paint contractors we called who either have receptionists completely ignorant about the business & pricing to answer the phone OR those contractors who don't answer the phone at all.  Jason was able to ask us a few basic questions about our deck & immediately give us a rough estimate.  Since we were comparing quotes from several contractors, this was helpful in narrowing down whom we would make appointments with for a personalized quote.  Platinum Painting's quote was by far the most reasonably priced and we were extremely pleased with the end result.   Jason allowed us to choose what stain brand, type & color we wanted & still provided us the service of the 2 recommended coats for the original estimated price despite the fact that we chose a more expensive brand (Behr) because it offered the longest warranty (10 years for deck coatings).   He made completing the job very convenient for my wife & I who both work by offering to a) look at the deck for a personalized quote b) powerwash the deck days before the stain was applied & c) stain the deck with 2 coats   ALL while we weren't even at home.  Neither my schedule nor my wife's schedule were ever inconvenienced.  Platinum Painting offers Saturday hours which was a secondary factor to price that led us to hire them.  Overall we had no complaints.  <br />

The owner, Jason, is very humble, honest, and sincere. He takes his time to explain things in detail to potential customers. He never said a negative word about any of his competitors. His estimate was much lower than the other one I obtained. His crew was phenomenal - very hardworking, courteous, and they definitely went above and beyond their call of duty with my house. When I posted pictures of the finished product to my facebook page, many of my friends commented on how beautiful it looked, and one even said it looked like it was from a page of Better Homes and Gardens. I cannot say enough good things about Platinum Painting. I will definitely call them back for future paint jobs.   <br />

Jason came out within a day of requesting a quote. Was very responsive to our needs in looking for a no VOC paint and obtaining a good price. He sent out a crew and was able to work around our needs with 2 kids running around the house. They got everything done in the time agreed upon. We're still waiting for them to come back to do touchups but that is a combo of their and our scheduling issues. Would definitely hire again and have already told the neighbors.

All work went extremely well, using highest rated, quality paint. The paint crew were very thorough and meticulous workers taking pride in their work and enthusiasm over our being pleased with their work. Platinum Painters completed the job in a timely manner, the paint crew working 10 hours or more each day during the four-day process. It was a pleasure working with Jason Langdon, one of the owners of Platinum Painting. He was highly responsive and always available to anwer questions and be on site several times a day during the process.

These guys were the best price by far over their competitors and did a very professional job. They used the high end paint we wanted as well. His crew really paid attention to the details and listened to what we needed. I would recommend these guys to my 70 year old parents without hesitation.

They were very accommodating on the schedule. The job they did was pretty good, except for maybe the clean-up. They had a good price, and it was a beautiful job. They do a good job, as long as you inspect afterwards and tell them what things you aren't happy with. They will go back and fix the job.

I met Jason from Platinum Painting at a Home and Garden show. I was very impressed with his personality and enthusiasm for his work and company. When he said he was Angie's List I knew he was serious about customer service. He came out for the estimate the next week and made it very clear that he usually not the cheapest option and rarely the most expensive. Of all the painters that came out he did end up being the cheapest and he had the best presentation and pitch. From start to finish Jason and the crew were fantastic. They showed up on time and worked hard. They really took their time and did an excellent job with all the prep work. Cleaned, sanded, light carpentry, caulking. Jason explained every detail of everything that was going to take place. His crew were well dressed, clean and as quiet as they could be. I work from home and only during the power-washing was it a bit noisy to concentrate which is to be expected. When we did the final walk-through I thought there was not one issue with anything but Jason caught a few very minor things (a little paint splatter etc) that he had his guys clean on the spot. They were VERY clean and organized. I will use them again without hesitation for any of my painting needs!

They were very professional. They showed up exactly at the time they stated they would. All of the workers worked cleanly - they did not throw debris all over the yard or driveway. The job took exactly the time that was quoted and the owner called me to keep me in the loop. Basically, they did exactly as they said they would during the estimate. The job looked fantastic in the end. Overall, these are contractors that deliver.

Overall I am very content and pleased with the way everything turned out. The workers were all very friendly and they were flexible with scheduling. Brad and Jason (the owners) met or beat every deadline we had set, which was important to me. Over the last few weeks since this "project" has been completed I have gotten nothing but wonderful compliments from my family and friends on how my house looks brand new on the interior.

The experience with Platinum Painting went extremely well. We always had access to both Brad and Jason, owners of the company, but had to call them seldom. The painters were well dressed, polite, and were very interested in not only doing a great paint job, but also respecting our privacy and property. They cleaned up after the work was done without having to be asked. Overall, we could not be more please with the experience, and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors.
