Randy was quick to respond and accommodating. I was unable to pick up the kitchen sink faucet so he patiently sat with me to picking a new faucet online and stayed within budget. He was friendly and fixed my leak. I wanted to wait a few days to see if everything is working properly and I must say I am happy I chose his company to do the job!

Randy and his nephew were spot on and so spot on! The standpipe and valve to our washing machine broke off directly from our basement wall. I requested a quote from Home Advisor and he called me about 2 minutes after I submitted the request. Very prompt, he showed up about an hour after he called me and gave me a quote for the work. He went to home depot, bought a new sink and installed it for me. I requested the quote at 12:00pm and I had a new sinkbowl by 2:30pm. Properly installed and clean, looks great! Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend Platinum Pipes, and I plan to recommend them to all of my friends and family!
