Very well. Matt arrived on time. Actually discovered a leak in my wall and helped open it up as well as installing the tankless water heater.

They did a decent job, there's just one issue, there's two lines and the other one leaked. They're very responsive though and came out in a timely passion.

Matt did an excellent work and I am very happy! It’s been at least two weeks and no issue from my water heater - no leaks. He was very responsive and he cleaned his work. It is not easy to find someone who can do both in replacing the damaged walls and installing the water heater. I hesitated at first how much he was charging for it was very affordable. It wasn’t a scam and he did an excellent work.

The heater has failed to provide stabile heat at the set temp of 125F. It can range from 80 to 115 F. It also makes loud fluttering sound as it cycles from pump motor to heater. Platinum was notified twice and failed to come out in the last two weeks.

Very fast and professional work. New tankless water heater is working great! Will call on him again for any future plumbing needs!

Matt, the owner of Platinum Plumbing, was the first to respond to my request for a plumber, the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The job was a challenge because I live in a small two story townhome where the tank water heater was located on the first floor in a kitchen closet that I want to convert into a food pantry. I wanted the tankless water heater to go on the other side of the closet wall by my washer and dryer. Two additional plumbing companies looked at the project. One gave me an extremely high estimate which included work that wasn't necessary and the other said it couldn't be done because of venting problems through the second story. Matt was the only person who knew how to assess the job without the need for extraneous costs and knowledgeable enough to solve the venting issues. He knew exactly what tankless water heater brand would best fit my needs and used quality materials to do the job. Matt was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He worked diligently until the job was done - which was faster than expected - and cleaned all the areas he worked in. Matt takes great pride in his workmanship which is a rare quality these days. The shower wouldn’t shut off he came out on a sunday. Thought it was just a valve replacement but the fixture was to old and repiped and put new fixtures in. I’ll say it again I live in Elk Grove and he same down from el dorado hills. Definitely quality work !!

Matt was extremely helpful providing options to replace my existing water heater. He was very easy to talk with and responded back in a timely manner via text message and phone. The installation of the new water heater, circulation pump and new water line went well and I’m happy with the quality of work performed. I would recommend him to others.

Excellent! Friendly he explained everything he was doing from start to finish. He cleaned up and he also took the old water heater and garbage along with it. Very efficient and great quality work performed. This is the second time he’s done work at my house and I will definitely call him and I live in Elk Grove

Great! He repiped the problem area and Filled the whole back up. I haven't had a problem since. Very personable and professional definitely would hire again.

Needed toilet installed on an emergency basis. Matt was quick to respond and probably could have charged a lot more but didn't. Matt is honest and very experienced, we will use him for all our plumbing needs.

Everything went fine except he did not have straps to attach hot water heater to the framing. It seems he cut the old straps and did not have new ones. He agreed to come back week of 11/28 to complete the job. Not yet done as of 11/27 obviously.

Matt called very quickly and followed through. His recommendation and price was the best that I can find. I had a new water heater in less than twenty four hours. Will use in the future.

It could not have gone better! Matt showed up on time and got right to work. As with all construction, there were some unforeseen complications, but he worked through them quickly. They were cleaned up and ready to leave by 3pm that day. His price was the best we found and the workmanship was great. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Major job.. Had to dig up existing sewer line inside and outside of house.  Replace sewer line by raising it up to correct improper installation.  Job went very well.  I was kept informed of job progress.  Phone calls were always returned. <br />
