My home was built in 1944.innoticed exterior cracking/deterioration in brick chimney.i called platinum after glossing over their 5 star reviews! George came to me the very next morning to inspect..George droned the top chimney as drone snapped photos.he then inspected interior fireplace & flue condition.itcwas in bad shape as photos clearly showed.i needed complete rebuild inside & brick re pointing on exterior.Amazing what George & his crew did.new liner & pour, beautiful pointing.My fireplace/ chimney is like new! Clean up was exceptional & very professional! Piece of mind/ & well worth it! Thank you platinum!

I had an old chimney that would backdraft smoke with little desire to burn wood. George, from Platinum Pro chimney was able to identify the issue, made the proper recommendations, and we struck a deal because he gave us every possible and fair discount. The install date came, they arrived on time and tackled the job with precision and cleanliness. Though it was a challenge, they stayed the whole time and worked nine straight hours until the job was finished. Amazing crew and amazing craftsmanship. Definitely recommended!

Igor is a very competent and personable technician, however the fees were as follows : Service fee(walk in the door) 325.00 Fix Thermocouple -90.00 Adjust Pilot assembly 75.00 Labor for above 125.00( 10 minutes) Spray paint Burner rack -200.00 (took all of 30 seconds if that) New control switch on wall -125.99 plus 79.00 labor charge (5 minutes) Total bill $ 1,081.09 404.00 just for Labor and $325.00 just to walk in the door. Strongly recommend checking other service organizations as these charges were over the top for very quick fixes.
