"We have received this review and are surprised by the allegations made against us. We have been working with the Synagogue since November of 2014 and have never worked with [Member Name Removed]. We have had no interaction with her and question her knowledge of the details as they pertain to this file. We feel she is in no position to make these false and irresponsible statements. Around November 2014 we were called to assist the Synagogue with repairing multiple water damaged areas. We continued working with the members, mainly [Member Name Removed], over the following months and delivered a number of samples to help them make a flooring selection. We were then put on hold while they dealt with the ongoing roof leaks. We followed up 1/22/15 and they had not made any selections and were still getting water in the building. We touched base again on 2/6/15 and they were still getting water and had not had the roof issues addressed. We also delivered additional samples in February to assist in making selections. Another follow up in May of 2015 resulted in the same findings, the roof was still leaking. In August of 2015 they asked for more samples to aid in making a flooring decision. We were not re engaged to assist with the repairs until April,5 2016 and at that time we were asked to focus on the Social room and offices. We began the repairs right away and also had to go back to the insurance company to discuss additional damage that had occurred since our initial inspection. We worked with the members and scheduled around the availability and completed the majority of the work in August. We then moved our focus to the sanctuary and completed everything mid to late October. We completed a final walk through in mid November and completed the punch list. We were made aware of 2 small issues on December 12, 2016 and addressed them right away and received a final certificate of completion on January 17, 2017. There was never a time that we had to hold up the repairs as a result of ordering the wrong product. The quality of the work is above par and can be supported with before and after photos. We truly feel this complaint is a direct result of our attempts to collect the final funds due for these repairs. After exhaustive efforts we were able to collect the final funds on March 7, 2017. We feel that her statement is an assault on our reputation and obviously does not match the dozens of satisfied customer reviews that our company has received."
"Thank you for your review [Member Name Removed]. We appreciate you taking the time to do this."
"We completed the water mitigation for Mr. [Member Name Removed] on 11/12/12. Upon completing the mitigation and drying out the loss we received a signed certificate of completion from Mr. [Member Name Removed] and processed our billing. We were not paid in full and continued to work with Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We made multiple trips to him home to remove additional claimed items and then were asked to hold off on any additional services as he is not ready. This happened on 12/17/12. We have met with Mr. and have spoken with Mr. a number of times since March 2013. Each time we schedule to meet, something comes up on Mr. [Removed Member Name] end. Mr. said has not had the repairs completed and might want us to quote the repairs and that he would pay us, but he had to wait until he sold his house in Florida. Our most recent communication with Mr. [Member Name Removed] was on December 3rd 2014 and he asked us to install new insulation, we again explained that this is part of the repairs and not the mitigation. The mitigation is the only work that we were contracted to complete and this service was completed and is supported by the signed Certificate of Completion. We have not entered into a contract for any of the repairs. We have continued to work with Mr. [Member Name Removed] over the years and have never heard anything about issues with the mitigation."
"Thank you for all of your kind works [Member Name Removed]. We enjoyed working with you."
"[Member Name] is correct that we completed a repair for him about 9 years ago. He had recently contacted us and requested that we inspect his roof to find out where and how water is getting into his house. We sent one of our project managers out to meet with the [Member Name] and to take a look at his home. We did not however have a 40 foot ladder on the truck and were not able to gain access to the roof. We have since left several messages for the sub contractor asking him to go out and take a look at the roof. We will continue to call. We will also provide the [Member Name] with the roofers contact information so that he can also call to prompt a faster response. We are sorry that the [Member Name] feel this way and we have attempted to assist them. We will continue to do so until their problem is addressed. Platinum Restoration"
"[member name removed], All of our pricing is already set through the insurance company as agreed pricing. We apologize that you think that is more than we should be charging. We are a general contractor and we do work with other companies as well as some subs. We do a lot of our work in house, but because or the nature of our business we have to structure it that way. I am sorry that you were not pleased with our service. Certainly if there is anything we can do to make it up to you please let us know. All the Best, The Platinum Restoration Team"
