Platinum Roofing

Terrible, he was hired in August of 2018. And a contract didn't get a officially sign until November 2018 he was paid up front $18,300 and basically did nothing didn't deliver material didn't perform any work so he was fired. He has since t been arrested and forced to pay the money back. But only after Nicholas Jackson the owner of platinum Roofing was arrested.and im still after a year am waiting on my money.

It was a very pleasant experience! I called one day and the owner Nick Jackson called me back that day. He came the next day ! Our roof had a small leak so he accessed my roof and noticed a lot of hail damage. At that Point he talked me through how to file a claim with my insurance company . Once the adjuster scheduled an appt to come out , Nick met with him and they both figured out what needed to be replaced. We received an insurance check shortly after that and Nick scheduled his crew. They were fast , professional and installed an excellent roof. It was a very easy painless operation. I would highly recommend them !

Roofers showed up at 7am and had the new roof on and everything cleaned and hauled away by 2pm. Mason was my rep and he was super helpful and available to answer any questions or concerns that I had.

Excellent. They showed early in the morning they were here by 7 A.M., they removed the existing roof and had it away by 9 A.M. and installed the new roof by 1 P.M.

I contacted Thad Claunch of Platinum Roofing to evaluate my roof as I was seeing shingles in my lawn. He was there the next day and said I did have wind damage and to contact my insurance company. He met my insurance agent when he came and they reviewed the damage. When I received the first payment from my insurance company, Thad was over the review options and sign the contract. This occurred on Friday. The roofing job was completed the next Friday (and the delay was because I got a special order shingle which delayed the job two days). The job was done professional with no issues. There was no damage to the surroundings and the job looks excellent. Thad provided pictures was the roof was being done. All total, it was a quick and painless experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.
