We met Tim the owner at the Homeowner show at the Convention Center. Surprised at how personable he was. Cynthia, who handles customer service was very amiable and eager to help. Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't trust anyone else to service and repair my hvac units. TWICE another well known company misdiagnosed the problem completely. We called PLE, and not only did they accurately identify the problem, they were half the price. We fired the other guys. I won't ever call anyone else. Honest company, responsive and professional. A+++
