Fast, professional, great!

They did a great job! I had a exposed gas pipe ( very much an eye sore ) and it was cut back. No more eye sore, they did the job in no time, and no mess. Fantastic work guys!

Nice people but incompetent. We paid about $1000 for a problem that was never fixed. We still have a cold shower. They came three separate times. First visit - replaced cartridge. $250 for a cold shower. Second visit, general servicing, semi warm shower. They mentioned if we replace the check valve, we should have immediate hot water. 3rd visit, replace check valve. Still cold water. I called and talked to the Manager who validated the work performed. 1st and 3rd time they came, they left and said the problem is fixed. Now we realized we paid a lot of money for no reason.

Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing.

Horrible! I am remodeling and my contractor told me that Plotke had completely ripped me off!

Started working with this company 8 years ago, and up until they merged with Red Lily, Mario and his guys were great. After the Red Lily guys came on board, service, professionalism went down hill. One of the new Red Lily guys did a hard push to persuade us to purchase their high-prived a jet cleaning service on our broken sewer line that Mario had advised many times would not work for us. This guy persisted and even offered a 1 year warranty, which in the end we relented and bought. After the 3rd time of our sewer line clogging, Mario would no longer honor the warranty, and the Red Lily guy who sold it was gone. Not stand-up guys, and we will no longer do business with Plotke Red Lily.

We have been working with Plotke since 2010 and initially they were good, Mario was upfront and honest about my sewer line issues and what we needed to do to repair or maintain, and all was good until they merged with Red Lilly when their service took a steep dive. BTW, Ramone is great! Too bad he doesn't go to work for another company. The last time few times we used these guys, we got high-pressure sales pitches from their new Red Lilly guys, and a lot of double-talk after we purchased one of their pricy jet-cleaning sewer clean-out warranties, which Mario had always advised would not work with our old, broken sewer line. When we tried to hold Mario to the dubious warranty that was sold to us by his Red Lilly guy, he would not honor, which was after his guy disappeared. We have moved on to another plumbing company and regret that such a formerly reputable company has really lost their credibility.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a decent price! I would recommend them and use them, again!

Overall: I would say a "B" because i'm still missing that piece. They should have followed up, because thats what they'd said they were going to do. I didn't go around really pricing other places, I've used Red-Lilly before and they've done good work with me, so, thats the main reason- I called RedLilly mainly and wound up wit Plotke side answering, and they said they are together now. I guess Plotke is now buying out RedLilly. So it doesn't matter which one you call these days. The work was, I think, well done. They are just sometimes not careful with a persons property, I would say. From this and from other occasions. They should put a cloth down or something like that, be careful, Remember to apply a cloth on a fixture before you apply the pliers on it so as not to scratch. They didn't clean up well after themselves. He showed up unannounced early. So he was supposed to show up like at about 10 O'clock in the morning instead he showed up like at 8:30 in the morning. So I was like " You are supposed to be here later, I'm not ready for you yet." I had things to do that morning. In the future, it depends on what the problem is, it depends; is there a special going on, on something that I need , that I can get on Angie's List. It depends. Other times they have done really well but now that they are merging with the other company it's not as good as it used to be. To improve there service: Follow through and cleaning up after themselves. Friendly staff

I was satisfied with them. 

Great. The plumber arrived right on time and got to work quickly. The fees were very reasonable - I had braced for much worse, and I got a discount b/c of the Angie's List membership. Highly recommended.

Prompt - Called at 8am for service; Plumber arrived about 45 minutes after call for service. Fast and efficient - done with both service items in about 10 to 15 mins tops

<p>This company is top notched. Javier who schedules the appointments, is a professional, and his customer service skills are impressive. Ed who was the plumber who came to our house and installed our new toilet and was the one who pointed out the musty smell at our front door and proved my suspicious correct when he suggested there could be a broken pipe underneath the house. Sure enough we indeed had a broken pipe, and it was the sewer line and it was underneath our house. He immediately called Giovanni and they both went to work as to analyze the problem and make suggestions of what needed to be done. Giovanni expertise and skills are excellent and told us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the broken sewer line. Since it was later in the day, they couldn't work on the line until the next day. Ed ended up finishing installing our toilet and then came another problem. The toilet we purchased was defective and Ed was nice enough to come back after we came back from Lowe's with another toilet, so he could finish the installation. Ed did a fantastic job in installing the new toilet. He was courteous and highly skilled. Plotke Red Lilly Plumbing crew did a fantastic job with our toilet and the broken sewer line and there prices are really quite reasonable and I will definitely recommend and use them as our main plumbing company again. </p> <br />

I have been using Plotke for several years after first finding them on Angie's List. They are extremely professional and responsive and do excellent work. <br /> I called the office and informed them of the problem. They made an appointment for me and the plumber showed up exactly as expected. <br /> We had moved into a new house and had some items we wanted to check before it was too late. We had some toilet stopper problems which were fixed immediately and then we had the plumber clear the main line. Everything went great! <br />

Repaired the problem within one half hour. <br />
