Glenn is professional. I originally had asked about a piece of siding on a Dormer as well and because of the roof slope he preferred I get a professional for siding, but I had no issue with that and please to do so. He showed up on time, performed the work as quick as necessary and billed me as discussed.

Outstanding, As soon as I purchased the package for 4 Hours of handyman services, I was in touch with Glenn within a day. Glenn and I immediately set a schedule and he arrived 30 min ahead of that schedule. The work Glenn performed for me was outstanding and I plan to do more projects with him. It is good to have a quality handyman on speed dial.

Overall it went well especially considering he give me a quote, job site unseen. Very reasonable prices. I didn't provide enough paint for the half bath so that was on me. Would hire again.

Went well. However, had to have them return to regrout a couple areas in shower and fix faucets which were leaking (due to equipment not installation). Very professional and would hire them again.

Went great! Replaced wood moulding fit perfectly. The framing on the back door is held in place so that it won't come apart.

Good. Glenn was easy to work with and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. He even came back to repaint because the color of the touchup paint did not match my walls. I will use Glenn's services again.

I wouldn't use them again. It was all cracked when it dried. I ended up having to pay someone else to come back and do it. He was very professional. They should do better quality of work. He didn't have a hammer and he used the back of the screwdriver. I don't think he was prepared or maybe he didn't have his right vehicle. He was very pleasant, very nice and very professional. What he did should be redone. He came out within two days. The price was okay. It was reasonable.

"I was not aware that the drywall repairs cracked. This is not typical. I have a 90 warranty for all my services and would have been more than willing to make the necessary repairs for my customer's satisfaction. The offer still stands."

<p>It went well. I have written a review previously based on the last visit. My only concern now is on the follow up. He was supposed to contact me with regard to other work that I needed done and supposed to schedule some time to fix things at my Mother's residence. He was supposed to call so I waited a few days. When I didn't hear from Glen, I contacted him and he said he was working a project that would take 2-3 days and that he would contact me when complete. So I told him to let me know when he was done because I would like to have the work completed before going back to work the next week. He never responded after that last text. I think Glen does an excellent job with first impressions and working quickly, but I would encourage Glen to maintain good communications in order to keep the customer base that you build. Understand that Glen is working solo, but... </p> <br />

The wall unit was not put together properly and the amount of time to complete the unit cost us an additional fee. My husband felt he took longer than it should've taken to assembly the piece. Once the wall unit was assembled he realized it wasn't done properly and my husband ended up taking the whole system apart to assembly it properly. :( <br />

Glenn visited us the Thursday prior to check on what we needed and to advice what supplies to get. He was extremely helpful in using my smart phone to take a photo of the hanging ballasts so I could present this to the store assistant and thus avoid confusion. He advised what other supplies we should get. On September 2, Glenn was punctual, and immediately started on replacing the ballasts belonging to the two hanging strip lights in the basement. He completed all tasks efficiently and well. My husband and I highly recommend Glenn. He is personable and knowledgeable and would definitely contact him again when we need help. <br />
