Great! Plumber used shoe coverings and was super polite. The job needed a part replaced in the tank, the part was on the truck and was installed quickly. Will definitely use this company again!

My main water line burst underneath my driveway causing a major leak and a huge inconvenience. Brandon was the first plumber who picked up his phone on a late Friday night and sent Cody, one of the best ones on his team, early Saturday morning. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. They replaced our entire line quickly despite finding huge boulders under our lawn. These guys worked super hard and their price was very reasonable considering the amount of work they did. I would hire Plumb Doctor again without a doubt.

Not very well..

The tech was very polite and efficient. There was some confusion over the charge, as I thought it was overpriced. I thought he had just installed new gaskets. After I talked with the owner about this, he said it was a kit that was installed. My suggestion is to describe on the bill what materials were used and their cost.

He came back two days later and did an excellent job, cleaning up extremely well afterwards. Missy in the office was also very nice and helpful, pointing me to a financing partner which gave me great terms and made this unexpected expense manageable. I didn't shop price, as the price seemed fair, but I really have no comparison.

They did an excellent job. Very prompt and professional throughout the process. They wore masks and practiced social distancing during the project. They also discovered our basement bathroom hadn't been set up correctly and fixed that issue, too. Highly recommend!

Cody and Casey arrived one hour before appointment window and cleaned our bathroom sink drains. They also checked my water heater, emergency shut off valve and water pressure. They gave me a quote for future work and didn't pressure me to do it today.

They did a good job. Told me the price first before doing the job and I appreciate it. Price was good and they were good. Prompt and called me back. On time,professional and friendly.

We purchased a new Gas Range for our kitchen form Lowe's. When the delivery guys arrived they couldn't install it because the shut off valve was in the crawlspace and not easily accessible. Also there was a copper pipe which was not up to code that needed to be replaced with iron pipe. I found Plumb Doctor on Angie's list and called and they were here a couple of hours later on the same day. Kenny did the work. He replaced the copper tubing with 3/4" gas line in the crawlspace and up through the floor, replaced the existing shut off valve in the crawlspace with a new one, installed a new shut off valve above the floor behind the stove, and connected and tested the range. He was a great guy and even fixed a leaky water pipe for an additional charge before he left. I didn't get any other estimates to compare prices because I needed the oven installed as quickly as possible, so I don't know how their prices compare but Kenny's work was thorough and it was a pleasure to meet him. The price below is $1,374 for gas line work and $285 for fixing the leaking water pipe. Since he was already here I saved the $49 service charge for the leaky water pipe repair.

I asked the gentlemen to give me an estimate on a leak in my facet. He said he was going to cut my wall up, do a little bit of work, and then leave. He said I'd have to call someone else to fix my wall, and pay them even more money. He estimated that it was going to be $580 to replace two facets, including the $49 service fee. I wasn't interested in paying that price.

Matthew Cook was our Plumber. On-timw, Polite and went Right to Work. Explained in detail what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. No Leaks! Very Excellent and Professional.

Punctual, fast and efficient. High quality workmanship. At $950, it seemed pricey for an hour or so of work, but to be fair, I don’t have a reference for comparison.

The company itself, i loved. They were very helpful with my water leak. The line they installed as far as i know has not had any further leaks. The problem i had: they had to bore under 3 neighbors yards and driveways. (This is a rental property) so, i did not find out these details in till almost 6 months later. The neighbors were given no notice. An one is an elderly woman who could not exit her home. She also informed me they cracked her driveway. I have called a dozen times with no return call or response from the owner. They also did not leave the new buried line in a condition that would have been acceptable. Go guys, but would not hire again,

Discovered a stream of water in front yard leading about 50 feet to a large pool of water. Called Plumb Doctor on Saturday and they came early Monday. (Was not yet an emergency). Cody came out and diagnosed the problem. He recommended that I use a Leak Detector and referred "All Leak Detection" to find the specific leak before he dug up my yard. Cody was nice enough to call and spoke with the company owner. They came out the next day and found the leak. Cody scheduled with me to come shortly after that same day. Thankfully the problem was taken care of giving me peace of mind of not having an enormous water bill. Cody was very nice and professional. I appreciate the fact he explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I was expecting a very high price but was pleasantly surprise. l definitely recommend and will use them again.

Brian did a great job. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He came out in early July to move the gas line for our new kitchen stove and he did such a great job I asked for him again in August when we needed work done for our new kitchen sink.
