John totality scammed us. He charged 2700.00 to replace a sewer drain section. Did not use pvc pipe as asked and did not use gravel when refilling, and filled in before it was inspected. My yard and crawl space was filled with sewage 24 hours after he finished. He refused to come back and fix without being paid more money! He was here for a little over 3 hours, got almost a grand an hour, and the plumbing was worse after he was here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIRING SOMEONE ELSE!
