Due to pinholes in our 1980 home copper pipe system we needed a complete re-pipe done. Contracted with Plumbing Express. At 9 a.m. four of their specialists went to work with protecting our floors then got busy opening walls and removing the copper pipes. They were all friendly and professional and worked well together. By 6 p.m. we were back in business with all new cpvc piping and our home tidied back up. Our home has 3 bathrooms and the usual appliances and sinks and everything was working when they departed. Impressive! A couple days later their sheetrock guy came out and patched the walls and ceilings and matched the stippling perfectly in the ceiling. They delivered as advertised. I highly recommend Plumbing Express.

We had them fix the filter cartridge beccause it went from cold to hot too quickly. They fixed it for $280, but put it on backwards - going from off to scalding hot. Despite repeated attempts over a few week period to get the original plumber to fix it, there was no response from that plumber. They sent another guy out. He put it on correctly, but in so doing, caused a leak, messing up our living room ceiling below. To fix the whole problem that THEY caused, they not only didn't refund the original $280, but charged us $550, a "$250 discount". In addition to this, they left us with broken sheet rock in our wall and part of our ceiling needs to be replaced - both of which will have to be painted. Oh, I almost forgot, we couldn't use our shower for weeks! I recognize that a simple problem became complicated and note that each of the plumbers were friendly, but Plumbing Express as a company should stand behind their work. They didn't, and we are left with an expensive mess to cleanup. UPDATE: The below is a lie. They never offered to refund the initial work - only the aforementioned "discount." Finicky schedule & negative attitude?? My wife and I work full time. Believe it or not - it's hard to meet 3 different plumbers 5 different times for the same issue after following up REPEATEDLY... Again, there was NO leak before Plumbing Express touched the shower. We would have left the minor issue, rather than spend just under $1,000 fixing their screw up.

As we have discussed with you many times now, your valve was old and leaky. Replacing the cartridge was a reasonable first step but it did not fix the problem. We offered to give you a total refund of the work that had been done to that point. We wish you the best of luck and hope you don?t have any more need for plumbers."

Price seemed too high for what they did, especially since I had to replace the water meter cover myself. Also, they left the water turn off tool in the yard, are customers paying for their carelessness?

I had a leaky pipe repaired. The tech suggested 'plastic' pipe but I went with copper as I had copper. After an initial scheduling error, the tech arrived on time and the repair was made in a timely manner. I am watching for any leaks. They did a good job.

Found out the problem was just a valve that I could have replaced myself for a lot less. But was in a severe time crunch and had no other options. $175 for a $4 part, live and learn.
