You said we we told you there was something wrong with the dishwasher but if we were incorrect with our diagnosis you never described what turned out to be the actual problem."

"We apologize that you didnt have a positive experience with our company, but as you know (Removed members name) there are two sides to a story, and here's our side, You contacted our office for a walk in tub installation. We completed this job. a week or so after this job was COMPLETE we received a call here in our office from (Removed members name) in regards to his grievance about his side dealings with one of my worker, prior to that day I had no knowledge of any dealing he had made with this worker, and exressed to (Removed members name) that he speak to the worker regarding his issues, because when he made this side deal with him he never contacted me to get my approval, because I think (Removed members name) already knows that would've been quite UNACCEPTABLE so why is he contacting me now with a complaint, I am ONLY his employer when it comes to PLUMBING, what he does on his own time outside of my company , as long as its not under my company name I am not in control of. And reminded him that he retained us to do plumbing and We’ve fulfilled our contractual obligations to him. He then proceeded to speak about the Permits per Clayton County, After the fact of the tub being installed, I explained to him that in most cases permits are at the request of the customer before the job is started. He stated that's not what he was told per Clayton County, again being that each county is different in the state of Georgia I've tried to explain and educate to (Removed members name) how it normally goes he didn't want to hear what I was saying as if he had so much more knowledge being that is fluent in plumbing, needless to say, a permit was pulled on his tub installation and PASSED as of January 28th, 2016,the same way (Removed members name)brought the wrong faucet and instructed the plumbers on site to just make it work because he was press for time and had to leave town, OUR COMPANY made it WORK, the same way we were emailed that there may be a leak in the tun, we promptly got back out to the property and made sure everything was fine, and checked that everything was ok, EVERYTHING WAS FINE, we were on site. as you can see We here at Plumbing For Less do what it takes to make our customers happy,Never were we called about the times essence of the job, or the fact that (Removed members name) stated his mother had to be displaced from her home, when this isnt the only bathroom in their home, that's neither here nor there because that's news to us. So being that (Removed members name) never verbally voiced any concerns that he had about the tub installation being improperly placed he instead sent numerous threatening emails and voice messages demanding money for both the tub installation of the walk in tub for $1200 and the cost of $950 an out of pocket expense he states he paid directly to my worker who he did the side deal with, (Members name removed) even went so far as to put in a falsified statement with his way bank stating he doesn't RECOGNIZE this charge to get his money back for a job that has been PASSED and COMPLETED, has baffled us, when all he had to do was communicate to us any issues he had with OUR plumbing work. His issue was with his carpentry and electrical and we do not have any control over who he allows to work on his home. (Removed members name) retained us to do plumbing. Here at Plumbing For Less we will make every attempt to make sure every customer is satisfied within reason, we can not work with someone who isn't willing to meet us half way, respectably and professionally."
