Great, they were here, did their job and was gone in no time. very friendly and did a great job.

Located leak, turned out to be less work to repair than thought.

I had three interactions with this company. First, on Thanksgiving Day, one of the owners of the company responded to a call and helped troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Second, a service person made a repair to the well system. Third, an office manager called me for payment. In all interactions, the company representative was courteous and professional. The repair made, replacing the pressure tank, was completed well, though in my opinion, very overpriced. However, the repair technician said there was an additional problem in the well, and that if it was deep, they could not fix it. I had to call a second well company to make that repair (Claytons in Fountain Inn, who came quickly and made the repair for a very good price). I think it was reasonable for Pretty in Pink to defer this problem, though it turned out that the well pump was not deep, 80 feet. Bottom line, this company's people were good to work with. However, for well work, they are not able to complete my full service, and I think their rates are too high.

I would highly recommend Plumbing in Pink for repairs and will use them again when I have any plumbing issues. Jimmy immediately found the problem with our water pressure, provided a quote and while still here, was able to schedule the repair which occured with only one day's wait. In addition to the well (source of our water pressure problem), we had multiple plumbing issues that they resolved while they were here replacing the pump. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, hard working and willing to go the extra mile to get our problems straightened out. It is a real bonus that they understand and can repair well systems as well as plumbing so that no matter which part is causing the trouble, you have called the right person the first time around.

They arrived on time and in a VERY obvious hot pink van (pretty cool). Ken was courteous and answered my questions very clearly and quoted me a reasonable price... far less than I had been quoted by other companies. After a couple of hours, I had a new water heater. They left the work space tidy and I was able to pay right there on the spot with a card. I found out after speaking with the plumber that they are female owned and operated. BONUS!! I will definitely call these guys in the future should anything arise. Ladies, support this business!!

The garbage disposal is still under the sink waiting for an electrician to sever the line so we can remove it. The leak under the sink was not fixed after three visits. On the third visit Rusty decided it was the faucet and pulled it so hard it broke and told me he would put in a new one for $175, if I bought the part. I bought the part and my husband installed it. There was still a leak the hose had been loosen from the water supply, not by us. We tightened the hose and the leak stopped. When they removed the garbage disposal they blocked the function of the water cut off valve under the sink. The bathroom was a disaster the first plumber they sent cut a jagged hole through the bedroom wall left the hole and left the mismatched bathtub fixtures hanging a quarter inch from the tiles. When Rusty came back he put a plastic door in the sheet rock wall tightened and silicone sealed the fixtures. I have had fixtures replaced before and they did not cut holes in the wall. I am not sure this was necessary as the first plumber they sent appears to have been totally incompetent. I paid them $850 for this work and it feels like I paid them to damage my home. I was trying to get the work done before we left on vacation, June 13, 2018. Rusty's last visit was on June 12 and my husband spent the evening before our trip fixing the plumbing. This is the worst house repair I have ever encountered.

Rusty returned our call quickly. He was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. We had a problem and he fixed it as well. His prices are very reasonable. He went over and above to make us happy and I absolutely would use him again. His assistant Austin also was very respectful and enthusiastic to do a good job.
