Plumbing Installers

I decided to go with Plumbing Installers after having issues with the plumbing that needed to be fixed, where I then decided to have the bathrooms remodeled by them.  Unfortunately I did not get a positive customer experience with the remodeling effort.  Attention to detail is not something that was a main priority with the remodeling work that was done to the bathrooms, as things were not aligned/centered properly and just generally some sloppy work.  Some of the problems were due to issues with the house, but they didn't even try to find a solution to make things right.  And when I asked them about it after the work was done, they just brushed me off like it wasn't worth their time to do a professional, quality job.  They rushed us into making decisions and even selected some of the remodeling items themselves, without us realizing what they were doing before it was too late.  They did good on the plumbing, and I might recommend them for that, but I would still be quite hesitant to recommend them for any remodeling work.  I got no response whatsoever from the owner about the concerns/issues I had during or after the work was done, even though I tried to contact him several times.  Unfortunately I wish I just would have went with someone else, it was a disappointing experience in that they were not professional in all aspects of the job. <br> Update 7/18: I felt that I should provide an update to my review for anyone considering hiring Plumbing Installers for work in their home. I had issues from the work that Plumbing Installers did, based on poor workmanship, that I wanted them to fix. They initially ignored me and then when they finally addressed them, they simply dismissed them. They then tried to pay me off with a low sum of money where they wanted to be no longer liable for any issues incurred from the work that they did and they also wanted their warranty to be voided. I originally thought that the money offered was for me to pay for someone else to fix the issues I have from the work Plumbing installers did and the warranty would still be maintained for everything else not taken care of with that money. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They do not honor their warranty as stated, as well as the no quibbles guarantee listed on their website. They are deceitful and unprofessional when it comes to the consumer and them following their own business standards they have listed on their website. They basically wanted to pay me off to let them off the hook from any current/future issues and to prevent me from stating the truth about the job they did. This not a company which one should consider hiring if they want a quality, professional job done as well as having coverage for the work they do in case something goes wrong.

I had a leak somewhere in my upstairs bathrooms or pipes that over time caused a hole in my living room ceiling and water was dripping from the hole.  Plumbing Installers came out, inspected the pipes, and immediately determined that one of the upstairs toilets was leaking.  They tried to fix the leaky toilet but found that it had a crack in it and had to be replaced.  The new toilet works fine, in fact I hadn't been using that toilet for years because it never flushed properly - the new one does and it's almost like I have a new bathroom to use!  While they were here I asked them to fix a leak in a bathroom faucet and adjust two other toilets that would keep running after flushing. <br /> The plumbers arrived on time and were very professional.  They kept me updated on what they were doing and any problems encountered.  They disposed of the old toilet and any other trash from their job.  They left the work areas clean. <br /> I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.  I am also going to have them out to repair the hole in my ceiling. <br />

These guys do a really nice job and communicating and explaining their work.  They have very high standards and want you as a customer to be happy.  They were great at accommodating our schedule, efficient with their time, and the final results were fantastic.  They are very thorough with diagnosing the problem and finding a cost effective solution.  They will contact you before the scheduled appointment time to confirm, and after the work is done, they always check in to make sure it was done to your satisfaction.   I would highly recommend you use Plumbing Installers! <br />

Arrived on time. Timely completion, excellent workmanship. Vacuumed the area after completion.

This is the second time I have used Plumbing Installers to carry out work in my home, the first was for remodeling. I'm pleased to report their plumbers are as professional and knowledgeable as their remodeling team. <br /> Scott identified my shower valve as being the source of a low flow and replaced it, which totally fixed the problem. They also fitted a new comfort height toilet for me which is much nicer than the builder's spec one and matches the one installed when they remodeled the other bathroom for us.  <br /> They're very friendly and punctual, called before arrival and left the area clean. They removed all their trash and the old toilet and talked me through the work they did. <br />

They showed up on time. Installed both camodes flawlessly. We very courteous left the work areas pristine finished under budget

Overall I couldn't be happier with the service provided!  <br /> <br /> We contacted 4 local companies and decided to go with Plumbing Installers. We decided it would be better to go with someone who wasn't necessarily the cheapest but understood what we wanted and the standards we expected - I'm disabled and have been lusting for a soaking tub for years, so it was important to get it right first time for me. <br /> <br /> Matt visited us and took plenty of time to listen to what we both wanted, and offered some advice that we really appreciated - we were going to go with a Pergo floor but he mentioned the problems he's seen with these in bathroom spaces. He also advised us that we'd be better off moving the layout around slightly as it would free up enough space for a small storage closet, this is great as it saves me schlepping towels in from another room, which I had to before.  <br /> <br /> Not knowing a great deal about which brands are good or bad it was nice to hear some impartial advise, and we were left with plenty of literature about the various products we were interested in. We eventually settled on an American standard soaking tub and he designed the rest of the bathroom based around that as it's huge!  <br /> <br /> I was really impressed at how quickly they got it done, I was expecting it to take a week but it was done in 4 days. The first day was lots of hammering and banging as they got rid of the old stuff. The second day seemed to mainly consist of doing the plumbing and making new walls, and the third day everything just seemed to fall into place. One of the guys came by on the 4th day to paint the walls and finish up, and left the place like something out of the catalogue!  <br /> <br /> Matt came by a week later to check up on it and make sure I was happy with the job, which was a really nice touch - I was just expecting a phone call or to be forgotten about after they were finished.
