Jason is prompt in both responses and completing tasks. Friendly with good personality. My room addition project required several phases for inspection. Jason and his crews had performed well and beyond.

Jason called 5 minutes after I put in my request, and arrived within 2 hours on a Saturday. The leaking pipe was fixed in 15 minutes. Rates reasonable. Excellent job !!

ARRIVED ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER FINISHING THE PROJECT

Plumbing Professionals was hired to install a sump pump do to water issues around the foundation. The sump pump has been placed and a portion of the pipe has been completed, waiting on the concrete before the job can be finished. Jason has also taken care of other plumbing issues at the house, and was kind enough to let me know that he found a main beam running under a cast iron tub had been cut to accommodate plumbing (previous job by a South Pasadena, CA company), which could be dangerous. Thank goodness for a helpful and honest company.

Jason showed up when he said he would and charged what he said he would. Very happy.

As a property manager, I look for work quality, customer service, and value for the money. My regular plumber didn't feel comfortable working on a large commercial water heater with a pump and integrated electronics. Plumbing Professionals gave an excellent price, assessed the system's problems, and came back at 4:00 a.m. on a Sunday to complete the job so the residents of the building wouldn't be inconvenienced when the water had to be shut off! Amazing.

Jason was very conscientous and made sure my problem was corrected. He even showed me how to check to make sure it was still working properly. I will definitely use him again.

They were very nice, and prompt. They finished the job on the date they promised, they even worked Saturday and Sunday to get the job finished on time, at no extra charge.

Jason demonstrated punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism. He was very accommodating with our schedule as well. He and his crew did some good work and the service was great. The price was reasonable and was not through the roof outrageous like some other quotes we got. We will be calling Jason back again if and when we need more plumbing work done.

Jason Bingham and his staff provided plumbing service that was timely, reasonably priced, and guaranteed. Jason made frequent calls to update his times of arrival and expected completion times. My tenants and I greatly appreciated that he and his staff worked well into Saturday night to replace my main gas line. They also returned Sunday morning to fill in the trench after the Gas Company restored service. I will be using Plumbing Professionals again in the future.
