Kevin was awesome. He called me so immediately after i sent the estimate request to Angi that I was surprised he was a real person and not an AI! He was so helpful and informative without ever being pushy. In the interest of transparency I did receive cheaper bids, but I really got the sense that Kevin was confident in knowing exactly what it would cost and how long it would take, he just presented the information and then stepped back to let me make my own decisions. Those vibes won me over and I have no regrets! He was respectful of the space, got everything done in the time he said it would take, it didn't cost a penny more than he quoted me, and he even scheduled the inspection for me on the spot (but did offer to reach out for this purpose later, if I had preferred.) I had a new water heater installed and heating within six hours of the old one dying, on a Saturday afternoon, on a holiday weekend. Would hire again! Thanks, Kevin!

Kevin gave me a call as soon as my project was submitted for quote. He was able to come out the same day to look over the situation and provide a no-cost quote.
