Jose and William did an excellent job from start to finish. First, when they came to look at what the job would be and give me a quote, they were extremely thorough. Jose was able to understand the exisiting gas pipe situation, even pointed out that there was a line that ran to my heater, something I did not consider. He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job! I was able to schedule them a few weeks later. Jose and William arrived with all the parts needed. Of course, with any installation job, there was a small problem (that of drilling through the masonry of the fireplace, something that no one would have known). However, Jose was able to figure out how to get past the problem and finish the job perfectly. We know have an amazing gas fireplace setup, thanks to Jose, William and Antonio.
