Otto with PLUMBING SOLUTIONS installed new faucets, hot water heater, water filter, and garbage disposal in my kitchen and his work was perfect! Otto is a gentleman and his prices reasonable. I have had him do additional work for me and once again it was excellent. If you have a plumbing issue I highly recommend Otto. You will not be disappointed!

Otto & Adam of Plumbing Solutions were a good team. Gratefully they were available & quick to respond. They were knowledgeable, kind, respectful, & easy to talk to. They took time to assess the situation, to explain things & come up with a plan to fix the leaking gas pipes in the easiest way possible. At the end, Otto took time to check in with me via phone & texts when PGE returned to turn the gas back on. He also troubleshooted with me over the phone when PGE forgot to turn on the gas valve to the water heater. Ià  à ¢à  à  à  à  m grateful to have the heat back on in the house & grateful to Plumbing Solutions for their expertise & care. Otto and his helper Ryan were very knowledgeable.. professional.. as well as friendly.. Otto explained everything he was working on in detail so I understood they did a very nice job.. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.. they replaced the main gas line under the house to all the appliances.. a very involved job..

We were on vacation out of country. Otto, Plumbing Solutions, was very quick to respond, very informative and professional. He fixed the emergency leak the same day we contacted him saving us a lot of stress while on vacation. These guys called back within an hour of putting in a request through Angi, and the plumber showed up that day. A relatively simple project (convert dryer hookup from electric to gas), they quoted me and completed the project on the spot. Fair price, fast and efficient work, professional demeanor.
