Plumbing Star saved us!!! Our well pump blew out and our well had a leak. I called and they were out the very next morning. Plumbing Stars pulled an emergency permit needed and got right to work digging the trench and getting everything done so my family and I had water. Great guys very reliable!!! If your a neat freak like me they are your guys. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Toilet broke at 3:00 PM. Found Bricca on a Google search, checked them out on Angie's List, and called at 3:20 PM. By 4:35 PM, the man I spoke to on the phone had arrived; inspected; purchased parts; entirely rebuilt the insides of my toilet; and was on his way to the next job. I honestly don't know if it was Vinny or Michael who was at my house, but the man who was here was as pleasant and efficient as they come. Local man with 35 yrs experience: what's not to love? I have no idea if the pricing was par for the course, but the service was well worth what I paid. Thank you, Bricca! <br />

Vinny gave us a price on repairing the pipe and the sink in it's current area (within the kids playroom in the finished basement). He also explored moving our plumbing and electric to the boiler room. This was obviously going to come at a price, but logistically, it just made sense to have all of the plumbing in one centralized location. We gave Vinny the green light and he and his partner Mike started the demo job on the concrete sinks (no easy task by the way) and wood framing around the sinks. They also cut the old gas and water lines to make the area suitable for expanded living in the main room of the finished basement, again, no easy task.. On day two, Vinny and Mike coordinated with AJM and Sons Electric to move our laundry area and water softener discharge to the boiler room. <br /> I've had Bricca plumbing do work for me in the past and they are very trust worthy gentlemen. I gave them the key to my home as both my wife and I had to work and could not take the day off. I have a security system that electronically monitors and time stamps ever time a door or window opens or closes, every time someone walks by a motion sensor, etc. and sends updates to my phone. They never went anywhere other than where they were suppose to be while in our home in our absence. I don't think they know about this feature of our security system either. <br /> Upon my early return home from work, Vinny and Mike were just wrapping up. By 4:30PM they were done and my laundry area is shockingly brilliant! I don't know how they were able to vent my dryer through such a tight area, but they did and the work is A#1! They put all new hoses and fixtures on my washer and dryer and redirected my water softener discharge to the new sink as well. I was so happy I hugged Vinny and told him "Plumbers are like magicians and super hero's combined". Our basement will require a contractor to get up to speed for the carpet and paint, but the guys at Bricca did an outstanding job advising us on cleanup and schematic options. Our laundry area is perfect now and after the crushing blow of our basement being destroyed, I believe this may have been a blessing in disguise. Mike and Vinny are very trustworthy, very hard working and very honest. Their work is very professional and top shelf. I can't say enough. <br />

It went very well. They were very punctual. Mike took his time to analyze the problem, he even on a few occasion would contact the Inspector to make sure he fixed everything that he asked for. Mike was always very detailed with what he needed to do and also suggestions on how to save money. <br />

Arrived on time and performed work in a satisfactory fashion. However, while on site spent most of his time coordinating a personal furniture delivery. Had too leave to pick up some minor components i.e. strainer/trap and disappeared for a considerable amount of time. Billed $433 which I feel was unreasonable for the amount of time spent on the site. <br /> Unfortunate because had used him several times prior and when I questioned the amount he told me how expensive it was to run a small business these days. Maybe so, however it's unrealistic to think you can spend so much personal time on phone, disappear for and extended period of time and expect to bill the customer for the entire time.
